Dynasty Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Mocksville

I wish I could write an article on this place. First thing is don't be fooled by the cover. Find this place and it's got two wooden doors and no, repeat, no windows. I had second thoughts. Walk in and it's a timid small place with a comfortable atmosphere. The hostess is this woman who helped create this place. If you get to know her a little you will see how proud she is of the food. I just came in to grab two meals. She gives me a sweet tea while I wait. Wonderful flavor. I asked if it was machine or the brand that gave it this taste. She tells me she uses fresh tea leaves and takes special steps create that flavor. My order comes up and she brings me crab wonton try. It has crab in it. I KNOW RIGHT!! Doesn't taste cream cheesy at all. Well balanced flavors in the filling not to mention this awesome texture of the fried wonton. Most come out crunchy but hers is crispy and just wants to melt in your mouth. The food I actually paid for has the touch of someone who cares. One stands out, the lo mein. While I'm expecting everything to be cooked through I didn't expect to taste something that's not even an ingredient, caramelization. Every piece had the perfect amount of browning on it I thought it was cooked on charcoal. Looks like I wrote an article anyway. This place deserves it. This restaurant has been very rude to my brother he went up there and orderd 2 large roasted pork and mushrooms plates roast pork with mixed veggies 8 eggrolls and 3 small fried rice when he got home one of the roasted pork and fried rice was not in the bag he called and the waitress was very rude and did not want to give him the food that was missing after paying alot of money for the food i recamend that this is a horrible place eat and we won't go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They are Theives !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now the watress is trying to argue with me called me back and won't listen to me this is the most dumbest idiot i have ever encountered don't go to this place they are Theives and they won't try to do what is right for anyone...

We ordered plain lo mein, sesame chicken combo, chicken and shrimp with hot garlic sauce combo, hot and sour soup, and beef and broccoli combo for take out. The chicken and shrimp combo was more vegetables than meat, about 4 pieces of shrimp and about 5 pieces of chicken. The beef and broccoli combo was completely inedible. The taste was horrible and the meat was rubbery. I called the restaurant to request a refund and the women I spoke with refused to give me a refund unless I brought the food back in. I couldn’t do that, so I offered to send pictures of the uneaten food and she still refused to refund my money.

I am absolutely not the type to leave a negative review, but after receiving inedible food and then being denied a refund, I feel it was warranted. Hopefully no one else has the same...
