I made ordered on my chipotle app for lunch this last Wednesday and I have to say that this was the worst I have ever been treated. I ordered a chicken bowl and a side of guacamole and chips. When I got back to work to eat the guacamole was brown and gross. So I called Chipotle and I was told that it probably good to eat it just get brown but should taste fine. And while I do understand that guacamole can do this at times, this was not that time the guacamole was brown through and through. I asked the person I called if the product looked like this currently and again was just given excuse's. I asked if I could get a refund as I was not going to eat it and again she was trying to convince me to eat it as it just looked worse than it was. So I hung up and left work while on my lunch drove back to Chipotle and showed them the product. I did get a new guacamole but I had to use my lunch hour and gas just to get them to listen to me. Also I tried using the Pepper to give a review and that was a disaster. I did finally send a email and all I was told was that my complaint will be sent to the team. Read moreAbsolutely disappointed in my first Ever experience of Chipotle , I came 5 minutes after they opened the doors , there weren’t any people, I literally was the only one and I tried to read the menu for couple seconds but the cashier showed up and started to rush me , I couldn’t even understand the menu and I choose whatever I felt would be easier ( the only one picture with bowl on it) and after that she gave me around 2-3 sec. to choose the entree and e.t.c I think the whole process from entering to paying for food was like one minute or even less ! I’m not kidding. Maybe that even great when you have a rush hour .but girl 💅🏻 i was the only one and I said it my first time in here what you can recommend lol. I was shorted items from my order and when I called to request a refund be issued I was advised that this is not within their corporate policy to make refunds in-store for orders made via their app for in-store pick-up. When I called and asked for the customer service number for corporate to resolve the issue I was told that I would have to go online and locate that information, they could not provide it. When I asked for the manager's contact information I was promptly disconnected. Worse when I located the number for corporate customer service I was advised that I have to go online and submit a form under the contact us request with my request for a refund and someone would then respond to my request by email. Poor attention to detail, poor response to requesting a refund, and overall dishonorable business practices. Taking payment and then requiring the customer to jump through hoops to get back money paid for something they didn't receive is appalling. I won't be ordering from this chain anymore as a result and encourage others to consider who they are supporting when spending...
