Starbucks — Restaurant in Modesto

I wish I could rate the mchenry/briggsmore store a negative 5. I was treated very rudely on every occasion there (numerous times) which is sad because this is the most convenient location for me by my home. However I will not return there again. I pay for coffee not to be treated bad. YaYa is so incredibly rude. She has no place serving anyone anything! Her customer service is way below standard & her attitude is "how dare I have to get you something. What a bother". How does she stay employed there? Who is responsible for the behavior of the team? & if they make my drink wrong because they are laughing (with each other & talking into their headphones) and then get mad because they have to remake my drink?!!? Listen the 1st time!! I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato sub vanilla for toffee nut. Simple right?? Nope! Hot & then got the stink eye when i said this is supposed to be iced. Wow. Ill keep my money....

I have gone to this location ever since it opened. I am a regular at least three times a week, and I must say this is the worst location. I continued to go here because its right down the street from my house but I've had enough. Also this locations drive thru is dreadfully slow. Every time I go here the customer service is horrible. They do not smile at you nor do they act like they like their jobs even a little bit. They usually get my order wrong, I'm very simple, and its fine they can remake it, but my big issue is the customer service. I will not be returning to this location anymore. I hope it changes. All I'm saying is a nice smile and good attitude makes people...

This place is ALWAYS out of flavors, baked goods as well as other supplies. Here is a perfect example: We went tonight and they were out of peppermint. I went specifically for this seasonal drink and really didnt want anything else, but since I was already stuck in the drive through, I ordered an alternate drink. When we got to the window, the barista hands me a hot drink and lets me know that they ran out of sleeves. She stated that it had been a really busy day, but never offered any apology. The cup was too hot to hold. When I finally took a sip, the coffee tasted so burnt. With so many stores in the area, I really dont need to go back to...
