Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Modesto

It was only my 2nd time trying this place, the one off of standiford usually is slow, I came through the drive thru and I wasn’t ready I heard an AI voice at first and then greeted by Gabby, she assured me I could call her name out when I was ready, it gave server vibes and I loved that, I did ask to speak to manager because my father in-law got his order wrong, Mario offered a refund or to make the order right. I didn’t want either I just wanted to let you know we were disappointed, he stated there’s two different shifts and the morning crew and night crew haven’t found a way to switch over efficiently yet and I understand that 😁 big shout out to both for showing up and trying I know fast food has to be hard ! Heard about this place on Facebook so I thought I'd give it a try and gotta say I was surprised for it being barely open i witnessed a place with GREAT managers I believe it was Mario and Juana they patiently taught their team while under pressure due to lunch rush everyone did great for being in training it was all positive and that's what I like to see in a work environment positive managers giving positive feedback which gives great customer service I will very much be coming back keep up the great work and service sorry I couldn't post a picture I was more into enjoying my meal and watching this place in it's works very happy workers and...

Today was my first time visiting churches chicken and it was amazing from the service to the food, Gabby was a refreshing voice to hear over the speaker, she was clear and wasn’t frustrated with me when I was debating on what I wanted. It’s hard to find young workers who seem to enjoy what they do! Keep her on the drive thru or somewhere interacting with customers her personality and communication skills were off the charts and deserved to be recognized.
