Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Modesto

Imma try to make this as short as possible. I ordered 3 pizzas one day and asked for extra cheese and sauce my large pizza was ok and the two extra large pizzas ( for the kids) were horrible. Anyways I was offered to have the two extra larges store credit for a next visit ..Ive had recent bad experience with their pizza before with the same issue stopped going there for a year or so but I decided to give them another try ( wrong) I went about a week later to receive my store credit pizza and also reminded them to please add extra cheese and sauce I dont want another dry pizza ..yea yea they said..well as u can see in the picture again it was overly cooked extremely dry and NO cheese what so ever only that small white patch in the center... So with that being said PIZZA GUYS PIZZA IS NOT WORTH A PENNY I will never go back to any pizza...

This place has good deals and there friendly. The pizza had good flavor and I like the fact that if you pick up your pizzas they give a free 2 liter or a free pint of ice cream . I would have given them a 5 star but......... the last time I went there my pizzas weren't ready so the guy at the register told me to go back to my car the pizza would be ready in 5 minutes he would come out and hand me my food I waited over 10 minutes and finally decided to go inside cause it was over 5 minutes. He wasn't even at the register. A nice young lady asked me can I help you, I told her I had already ordered and was waiting for my pizza outside she gave me my pizza and that was that. I don't know if this guy was on break or lunch. If I was him I would have told the girl these customers are outside waiting for...

I ordered at 8:22 PM on 04/22/2016 on the phone for 5 minutes and 56 seconds to place the order they said OK we will give you a call to confirm they called back at 8:37 to confirm the order it was confirmed and I was waiting for the delivery and waiting and waiting I finally called back around 10:25 I told them how much longer and they told me they lost the order and there was nothing they could do and said you can order again l told them that I'm not going to order again, I have already waited for two hours not going to wait again. I'm not very pleased, this was going to be the first time I have ever tried pizza guys with the family, after that experience I don't think...
