Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Modesto

I normally don't post reviews about stores the food was excellent but the Experience was horrible. Really hope a manager sees this and speaks to their employe. I picked up pizza Saturday night and witnessed a young blonde girl about 19 to 20 Yelling at another employee in front of all of the customers. I am not sure why she was yelling at this young man, but It was most definitely something she could have talked to him privately about. In fact one customer was so upset she confronted the young girl and told her she could have handled the situation better and then the Employee decided to yell and argue with that customer too. As someone who works in the food industry I know that it is hard to work under those circumstances. My fiancé tried to get a pizza tonight and the store was closed early. Arrived at 7:53pm and the open sign was turned off. The door was still unlocked so my fiancé went in and the female worker came out of the back and said the store was closed and that they already had everything broken down. If your store is open until 8pm customers should be able to come in and get a pizza until 8pm. It’s not like you’re cooking anything, every other time we’ve been to this location y’all have made our pizza and had us out of the store within 2-3 minutes! MUST order before you get here. 0 priority to walk ins. Watched 30 pizzas get made before they even started ours. None of which were walk ins. I get it, that is their business model, but when you walk into a restaurant that doesn't even have to cook the food and there are 0 other customers you think it would take less than 30 minutes to get in and out. They do put a lot more toppings than other papa murphys ive been too. And I didn't say anything but I think they realized how long it took to get the pizza to me and redeemed them self with a jar of cookie dough. You can't get mad at people that...
