I’ve never felt so disrespected at a food establishment. The staff at this Subway location carry an attitude that screams “I hate my job” and unfortunately, that bitterness spills directly onto the customers. Basic courtesy is missing, and any request outside their robotic routine is met with eye-rolls or sarcasm.
Last time I ordered, I clearly asked for less salt and black pepper due to health concerns. Instead, they dumped on the seasonings and smugly told me, “Well, this is what less means to us.” That’s not just careless it’s dangerous. What if I had an allergy? What if I was on a restricted diet? You don’t get to play guessing games with someone’s health.
And the franchise owners? Pathetic. They don’t listen, don’t respond, and seem more interested in squeezing profit than respecting the people who walk through their doors. They’ve created a culture of neglect and entitlement, where customers are treated like a nuisance instead of the reason the business exists.
