This review is based on personal experience as new customer who made a purchased on his Ebay store. And I have to be honest, I'm LIVID, DISSAPOINTED, and DISSATISFIED. I mean, how did you mess up an order that BAD? I bought 2 orders of 20 packs of Ghost from the Past 2, the set w/ DMG, and I paid about $200. Which was fine. The BIGGEST issue came when I got the package, I ONLY recieved 2 mini. And 2 mini boxes only came with 4 packs each. You mean to tell me that I paid about $200 for 2 mini boxes? You can't be serious? How on Earth did they mess up my order that bad? That"s bad it gets even worse, I called 3 times on Friday. The first time I called, the employee told me that I needed to send an email to the SU support with the pictures of the order, ok fine. The second time, I called to make sure if the email got sent with the picture of my order and the employee said she was on lunch and I apologized for calling them.The final time, I called no hello but I heard bits of the conversation. "What does he want" and "its about his order" and I got HUNGED UP. No one wanted to talk to me about my order. Oh its been more than 72 hrs and no contact. Yep, my experience with them was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE and the worst part is, I have 1 more order, which is 36 packs of Dueling Mirrors, and I afraid my FINAL order is going to come out the same way. Messed up and I also use the word FINAL because its the last time I purchase ANYTHING from the SU Game Shop. IF tthere was a problem with my order, you should have contacted me for a solution. But no. You decided not to and you sent me an INCOMPLETE package as well as about $200. Thats why you deserve a 1 star from me. Before I end this review, let me give some FREE ADVICE; Your SUPPORT TEAM and YOU as the OWNER NEED TO DO BETTER in COMMUNICATING with YOUR CUSTOMERS who have had HORRIBLE experience with ordering from your EBAY store and you website. Read moreI absolutely love going here. Yes, their prices to fluctuate with the industry, and yes you can get boxes cheaper elsewhere at times, but I have never found their prices to be outrageous. I also run a business with the same principals and restrictions on the industry. It can be a hassle, but they do a pretty solid job.
I go here often to purchase FnB and Pokemon and I have also sent out cards to DSG through them for grading.
As for purchases, and card pulls, I have had some great stuff come through boxes, packs, and promotional boxes and such. Even when I just buy 24 or 36 packs outside of a box, I pull pretty decent stuff. They don't weigh their packs, like a lot of places do.
As for grading, the return time did take a while, but it is a new service they are offering and the results were great. I am sure as they solidify their process and relationship with DSG it will only get better and faster. I plan to continue to send grades through them.
They are continually evolving and expanding, and bringing in new inventory which is refreshing when you walk in. Most other competitors only keep the same revolving items coming in, and you rarely see a random new thing that is awesome. Here, I am almost always seeing things like this that rotate into the shelves, including limited release items.
Both Roman and Hunter are friendly and helpful, and appreciate the business you bring through their door in a more genuine fashion than I see in most places that are simple retail stores, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Read moreI've never been this shocked at a company before... They have door-signs that say they close at eight, a website that says they close at seven, when in actuality they close at six. Drove out an hour thirty minutes to find them closed, called them several times for the next two days, received no answers/hung up on. I finally get to them and ask when they close, they say 6, so I drive out to purchase what I intended.
I got scammed, and I knew it as soon as I opened my product. Anyone who knows Yu-Gi-Oh knows that pack weighing is an immense issue. I bought a "Toon Chaos" BOX, for $125, and didn't get a SINGLE toon card. On top of that once I opened it I immediately saw the protective seal had been removed entirely. The packs inside were stiff, and sticky with glue on their backside. I got almost entirely duplicates, and not a single collectors rare in a set that contains I believe seventeen. I'm aware odds of rare cards aren't guaranteed, but having my packs opened, tampered with, and glued back shut isn't an accident. Neither is the removal of the protective seal.
If you divert your attention to their YouTube channel, they pull at least one rare card in every opening they do...Why is that? They rig it by keeping the rares for themselves and selling you the garbage they don't want.
