The service was honestly not the best, I’m a very patient & understanding person when it comes to the fast food business as I work in one. But here the service just wasn’t the best that I think it should be. When ordering it was okay but when it came to getting my drinks, i think the service should’ve been better. They didn’t take a name for my order & so they never called out my 2 drinks & coffee cake. It was just waiting there for a good 8 minutes as I was sitting down. When I go to check if it’s ready, I grab it, one of the drinks not even having a straw & the other drink not even there! I wait 5 minutes to see if it was just not ready yet but nothing. During that time no one asked if I needed help or even looked my way. I then ask & see if it’s ready & they give me one, the girl giving me a look as if I’m crazy & then saying that “oh they put it in the wrong spot” & I’m handed one looking differently than how I usually get it, having no whip cream or drizzle AND with coffee in it when I made sure to ask & make it clear that I specifically didn’t want coffee in it. I then go back to sit down & notice this error so I go back up & I’m helped by another lady who I think might be a manager & I say to her “I think this is the wrong one I just wanted one with no coffe in it please.” She was nice about it & helped me properly. I wait there to get my remake (someone else makes it) & I’m handed one that looks normal but it then again had the coffee in it, as if they just remade the one from before with the same tag & just added the whip cream & drizzle to it. The Starbucks girl did not put the lid on and when I grabbed it from her hand to my hand mid air in the drive-through window, it said it, and it spilled all over my galaxy threefold And they refused to pay for it. They made me sound like I was a crook and all I asked for was for a new phone. It was not busy inside, but I waited over 20 minutes for a hot chocolate, and I wasn't the only customer waiting a long time (we remarked on it). The drive through traffic seems to take precedence over those walking in, even tho' there was a large staff. Nor was my order taken correctly. An item was missing, another that I asked not to be heated was, and the hot chocolate was tepid with just a tiny dab of whip cream.
