Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Mokena

None of what happened was the cashiers fault but my god I've never seen someone make my bowl so poorly. Undercooked rice, improper portions, and the inability to do their job. My rice was undercooked and clumpy on top of the fact that I got half scoops of rice and had to ask for extra to get the proper amount of rice. Past that I got underportioned to all hell. I dont know who was the manager tonight but they needed to be on the floor watching these people make the food. Also the butchered my gfs bowl to high hell. They put giant handfull of cheese on it, she had to ask for extra sour cream because she got underportioned the first time and when they put more on the doused it. Then we she asked for lettuce he put a pinch of lettuce on top and when she asked for more she just got a second pinch. When he went to close her bowl he crushed the lid and spilled half the ingredients out onto my bowl and then didn't even try to fix it. More than half the guac she got spilled out and we still ended up paying full price for it. On top of everything she ended up putting a new lid on it herself because she didn't want it to get messed up again. Then when she asked for her limes she got two tiny dried up limes that had clearly been kept past time. Poor service all around. Walked in to order steak bowls for my kids. I sat there for about 3-5 minutes without any help. I was the only person standing in line when a gentlemen said can I help you. I didn’t even know he was talking to me because he was in the middle working, not in front of me. I asked if he was talking to me and he said what can I get you. I said 2 steak bowls. He literally walked away without warning. I had no idea where he went. Just disappeared. I sat there and wondered if I should just have walked out. He comes back and picks you where he left off. I said can I have a little extra steak please. He had absolutely zero personality and in a rush and seemed angry and very aggravated being at work, like he was taking his frustrations out on me. I go to pay and he said $41!!! For 2 freaking steak bowls. I about choked. I said wait did you charge me correctly. He said yep, extra steak. His name was TIM HOLM. I honestly felt he was looking for a fight. I paid the bill but will never set foot in that place again. Actually they had no business so I’m sure they’ll be closing soon with the way they treat their customers. Horrible customer service. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been there 3 times since it first opened and every time I've gone, this Chipotle has somehow run out of ingredients. More, I came in today at 6 and every single person working at the counter was blatantly rude. I had to repeat myself at every single person because they all FORGOT what I asked for immediately after I asked! When I finally got to the checkout, I was asked 3 times what my order was because she was talking to the worker next to her about a boyfriend thus making me wait. After I repeated myself again, I asked for a drink with chips and quac. She proceeded to THROW the prepackaged guacamole onto the counter- rather than making one like normal. She forgot my drink so I had to wait more and repeat myself for practically the millionth time. When I sat down, the guacamole was brown from being packaged up before I ordered it. I travel a lot and have eaten at many Chipotle's. This location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The service was unacceptable.
