Starbucks is Starbucks. I think it's actually more difficult to mess it up than to make it right, so we go to any Starbucks with ease and are typically met with the same level of service and quality. Today though, there was no service, no quality. We pulled in the drive thru for two iced coffees, there were 4-5 cars in line. After 5 minutes, the line hadn't moved so we figured we'd just run inside. We went inside, there were 2 people waiting and a handful of folks sitting with their coffees already and chatting. We walked in and went to the register. There were at least 4 if not 6 baristas in front. One was on the window, everyone else was making drinks. No one said anything. We waited a few more minutes, still no one came over or said anything. Finally, I asked "can we order inside?" Two baristas looked at me for a moment, then silently went back to what they were doing. My husband noticed a barista walking past the registers and said "excuse me, ma'am?" and for the first time we were acknowledged "I'll be with you in a moment" and she walked off. There was nowhere near the level of busy that would prevent these workers from greeting us and letting us know it would be a minute. After a few more minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. As we drove out, the same 4 cars were in the drive thru plus one at the window, and the other 4 at or behind the ordering menu. There seemed to be no management in sight. When you continue to raise prices for this mediocre coffee and then don't even give the level of service that keeps us coming back, that's when your business goes under. It's already in an inconvenient to reach location, but to have staff who were in NO WAY overwhelmed by business not greeting customers? Who is running this place? We took our business elsewhere and will encourage our friends and family in the area to do the same, There are about 4 Starbucks within a few blocks of this one, and at least a dozen Dunkin Donuts. Get...

It wasn’t very busy but it seemed that lot of customers came in about 15 minutes time frame. You could feel the disorganization and Chaos in the air. I ordered two drinks, my money was taken quickly and efficiently but, after waiting for 15-20 minutes had to come back to the counter and remind the barista that our drinks never came out. Obviously they were busy and the staff looked very confused And in panic, and they had to ask me what kind of drinks I ordered because they completely lost track of my order. As someone who spent long time working in hospitality business I know that this can happen, but unfortunately the Staff acted indifferent and no one apologized. Bottom line-Paying $9 for 2 drinks and Waiting 20 minutes to have my beverage is definitely...
Read moreThis particular Starbucks is pretty much always on point and has great customer service. I go here at least four times a week in the morning sometimes afternoon and maybe had one order wrong. Today though or this evening I should say was exceptional I went to the drive-thru around 7:00 something on Friday the 5th of May then the two girls working definitely go above and beyond with their customer service politeness and the quality of what they serve. I don't know either their names too younger cute girls who do a great job. I just wanted to recognize them and let whoever reads this in management that these girls are amazing. I ordered my usual which is a chicken caprese and a venti caramel latte and everything was perfect. Thank you girls and Starbucks should thank you because I just changed you from a four-star to...
