This small, clean establishment had a very good server. I ordered a vegetarian "skillet": Hashbrowns, a little onion, tomatoes, a small amount of diced up bell pepper, mushrooms from a can (yuck, I haven't seen those since the 70s. we are roadtrippers from Seattle and we have loads of fresh 'shrooms in the PNW, I didn't realize this area was a funghi desert), shredded cheese from a package, and some delish scrambled egg atop. Close to my work on Rock Island Arsenal. The location is perfect for a quick stop in or a meet up with friends and family. The food was okay, it is a very standard American style breakfast menu but the chef in the back is as quick as it gets when getting the food to your table. The service here is wonderful, the young dude who was our server was always there when we needed him. I would definitely recommend this nice small breakfast and lunch location for anyone...

Nice lil diner!!! Place was not be busy at all....which took me by surprise. Servers were very attentive. The food was basic done well. Any place I can get a nice steak breakfast for $20 or less is a steal for me. Steak wasn't giving new York strip but it was good. Everything came out fresh...I had a couple of add ons which came out with my meal. Im coming from the Iowa side and I can definitely see this become a regular...
