Five Guys — Restaurant in Moline

Came in today and one young girl behind taking care of the burgers she said welcome and be with you soon. As we waited another employee walked out of the kit hen with almost a death glare and took her time to tie her apron and not a hello or welcome absolutely nothin! After an awkward 10 second silence she finally tuned to take our order….It was so bizarre and she obviously doesn’t want to be there or care and why she is serving customers is beyond me as I said to my husband because of her behavior I don’t want to eat here again as she was so disrespectful and rude and I’m sorry if your having a bad day but it should not reflect and it’s not our fault. After getting our meal we saw her name was Lindsey on our ticket. Other customers behind us were not impressed either and this will lose you custom.

Unless customer service improves there we won’t be back. This is not our first time being treated like this..I’d rather go to culvers it’s cheaper and they have welcoming customer service with big smiles on...

It was 41$ for the two of us and a plan hotdog for our dogs! They don't have a lot to pick from. I couldn't figure out if the price was for a combo or just the sandwich. Staff was friendly but basically just did their job. I also didn't know that you can get most toppings added to your burger for free. The food was good and filling at least. If it wasn't, I would have been highly upset. They do give you extra fries. My wife and I got a medium to split and still had plenty left to snack on...on our way home. It's also weird how they list the calories of everything next to them. Makes you not want to order them. No drive through sucks too. I probably...

The staff was very nice to me. My ride was not here to pick me up from the coal mines*, so I wondered into five guys. It was chilly outside, so I went inside. The staff gave me a cup and offered to give me food, I turned the food down because I didn't want to take advantage, but the staff still insisted. The staff was really understanding. I regret not being more sociable to them, but I was tired from my shift. I should eat there sometimes, but actually pay....
