While the food is still good, I'm done with this place until they get new management and can actually make food faster! This is the second time I have had slow service and seen bad experience around me!
The first time was about a month and a half ago with a delivery order. First, they sent the wrong persons order to me, so no drink and food I couldn't eat. Than I couldn't get through on the number listed, it wasn't working. So I had to physically go there, and than they still screwed up making my sandwich and had to remake it! The manager blamed me for calling the wrong number and said it was working for her. I don't know if there phones were down (or just discounted during the lunch), but I called several times over 20 minutes ... they weren't working and I had the correct number. There excuse for giving the wrong order was b/c they were busy - they have been busy since I have been going there for the past 15 plus years!
Here we are and I drove by and decided to try again but go in. I waited in line 10-15 minutes just to be told it would be another be 15-20 minute for the food, lunch hour was getting close to the end and I mean that is ridiculous. I waited but this is my last time.
During my wait I saw several people who did online pick-up whos orders were running extremely late, asking and looking for them. I saw several people from the curbside have to come in and get their food also. The one girl asked for the manager, which was rude to the customer and lied stating the food was just set up there. The other curbside lady sitting next to me said she saw them set it there when she sat down (somewhere between 5-10 minutes). Than another girl came in and had been waiting almost 90 minutes for her food!!! Like seriously, get it together. Hire more people make sure you have people doing designated tasks before you cost a bunch of other people there jobs b/c you couldn't manage properly. Such a shame b/c the food is good.
Rude managers, slow services, don't expect to go during lunch even curbside/online...

So...I take my lunch a little early and decide to make the trip to Panera for soup. Normally, I buy the Broccoli and Cheddar from the supermarket, but decided to "treat" myself instore. Cutting to the chase...the girl who took my order seemed really nice and attentive. The store was not crowded despite it being right before lunchtime. I order my soup, everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Order makes it to the other counter at reasonable time. The lady in the back preparing the order even smiled and said hello and that my order will be right up. Feeling like things are going my way today I didn't bother to check as the lady handed me the bag after repeating my order. I get back the my office, look in my bag and there is a split bagel and a piece of bread. there is top bagel that has already been split :
The bread was clearly torn from the loaf, not sliced; I asked for cream cheese and there was none. 3.The soup was both LUKE WARM and a bland imitation of the store-bought version, had a terrible aftertaste and was so think that it started to get cold the moment I opened the container. The bread items were NOT wrapped in a napkin, sleeve, NOTHING! Just Naked Bread, so Everything bagel crumbs were everywhere. THE BONUS KICKER that prompted this review... There was a knife in the bag, NO SPOON. So no cream cheese but a knife to spread it with, Soup, but no spoon to eat it with!

I walked in and it was pretty slow not one of your employees behind the cooking counter acknowledged me for nearly 15 minutes. They moved around at snail pace just chit chatting with each other. The line supervisor kept saying can you check this order no wait never mind you don’t have to. So idk if the whole order was even put together as the guy making sandwiches messed it up the first time. The employees seen me but not one asked what the name on the order was. They stood around chit chatting and it was not busy one other lady was standing next to me. This in the end jeopardizes my job! And makes my customers un happy!! When I received the bag it was wet so I don’t know if I even gave my customers whose food at that point was 20 minutes late cold food.
