Milio's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Monona

After ordering I realized there was quite a bit of one Star reviews for this location. I thought while this is a perfect time to do a review.

I am a longtime Google reviewer and have ate at Big Mike's in Sun prairie way before it was ever milio's. I also went to UW Milwaukee where the highest grossing Jimmy John's in the state was right across the street. That being said I have to say that I am quite happy with milio's Monona. The guy on the phone promptly took my order and advised me that the delivery driver was out on delivery and could be up to 40 minutes. Well 20 minutes later... Here rolls up milio's with my order.

Not only was the order fast but it was correct and the guy was very nice and I can't say a word other than great for the service. The food is why I gave it four stars as it is good but it wasn't phenomenal however the service was and I really appreciate the guy in the Acura getting here so quickly. 40 minutes was going to be acceptable but 20 minutes totally made my experience that much better..

I got the chicken bacon club in It was all right.

I'm definitely ordering again from here and will probably do...

I am absolutely appalled with this location. This is the third time (and I’ve only been here three times) that I have ordered a sandwich and am missing half of the sandwich. I too work in the service industry so I usually let it go, but this time I decided to call and let them know that whoever is making the sandwiches is not doing their job properly, so that they can avoid unhappy customers like myself in the near future. I paid for a Californian and received bread, guacamole and lettuce. When I called and began to explain the situation I was rudely and abruptly hung up on. The employees of Milios in Monona messed up. Take responsibility for your actions, people. It costs $0.00 to NOT be rude to the people paying for your services. ESPECIALLY when YOU are the one...

We are regular order-ers from Milios in Monona. A few weeks ago, we had a delivery from Tom that got dropped off at the wrong house, and we could not locate it- this situation might upset most people, but Tom immediately made it right apologizing, continued communicating with us well after his shift once he was already 45 mins away @ home, refunding us as promised right away the next morning, and delivering our order the next night. He has since become a friend to us, and even surprised us last night with dinner while he was in the area. With everything going on in the world right now, being short staffed, what an act of compassion and integrity!! His kindness went along way. Means about this restaraunt and...
