Not sure how to directly give feedback to this specific location, so I'm hopeful this review can pass along some constructive criticism!
While being 1 of 2 people in the entire cafe, it took 20 minutes from the time paid, to the time my latte was made. There were 3 employees behind the counter, one was training 2 people. After about the first 15 minutes of waiting seated, and watching what seemed like employees chatting, I stood up and waited near drink pick-up, hoping by doing so, someone would notice and perhaps wonder if there was a missing ticket. I probably should have said something but it seemed obvious as I was the only person there and had ordered with one of the employees present. After a long wait, with seemingly nothing being done, I was going to cancel my drink and request a refund, due to my schedule that evening. Then I noticed the employee who was training grab a ticket, and the trainees presumably begin to make my drink. Nothing was said to explain the wait.
As a customer service worker myself, I know it's important to provide opportunities for new employees to do things on their own, however I don't believe it should be at the expense of customer's time. If I had known it would take 20 minutes I would have not stopped, due to my schedule. Additionally, I think it's important to be conscious of the customer, and explain why the drink would be taking longer to make, especially if there are multiple employees present. Hopefully...

When I finally go up and ask, they say my order was the empty package, to signify they didnât have it. Hereâs a thought UPDATE YOUR APP WHEN YOU RUN OUT. Starbucks is a big enough company that honestly I am surprised their app doesnât automatically track the locations inventory and blocks the order when stuff runs out. I was offered a partial refund. But Iâm sorry that is the absolute bare minimum. I should have been refunded my WHOLE order. and they should have told me when that saw me waiting there for so long. That way I could have at least GOTTEN LUNCH somewhere. But now I get to go the rest of my day with no food, just some sugary poorly made coffee. Words just can not even begin to describe how...
   Read moreWell Starbucks let me start out by saying WOW! I have never experienced customer service as exquisite as the fine folks down at Starbucks Monona. I began my Starbucks journey by being greeted with one of the warmest, biggest smiles I've ever recieved and a big ole' "hello!". My gosh I was impressed, but it just kept getting better! I then proceeded to the line and ordered my drink, yet the best was yet to come. They produced my drink so quickley, efficiently, and perfectly I literally fell to the groud astonished. Then the first sip of heaven occured and I was transported to a land of flavor so extravagant Guy Fieri himself couldn't touch Starbucks Flavatown. I cannot rave enough about this Starbuck and I urge --- wait no I command you all to take the trip of your life to the one and only Starbucks Monona. Bravo...
