Overall, we've had good experiences here—but only when they get the order right. I'm not that bothered with the order being wrong if they fix it—EXCEPT the management apparently insists that the driver ask for the sandwiches back when they bring the new ones. It left us with a strange feeling as if we did something wrong—like they didn't trust us and thought we just wanted a free sandwich? I understand if a customer claims their order is wrong repeatedly—but this is really not a good experience when your order is actually wrong. (If they want the team to learn from mistakes, I don't think they have to see the sandwich to understand.)
This time we had COVID when we got a wrong order—and we made the order specifically for delivery so we didn't have to get anyone else sick. For any sandwiches that are going back into the store like that—I think it's not a great idea for sanitary reason...It is also just awkward for everyone—this approach should be thought out again. Read moreI just wanted to make sure the location gets credit where credit is due. I selected an order for delivery in the app and added my items. I had to keep editing the items because everytime I changed one thing, it took away what I did before and after all was said and done somehow I ended up with a pickup. No biggy, I picked up. Then when I got home my sandwich was missing its lettuce and cheese. I called and explained and they offered to make my sandwich and deliver it. I was semi frantic on the phone as I'm an emotional 9 months pregnant... I wish I would have gotten her name but the gal on the phone was super understanding about my issues with the app and just was wonderful!
