Julian's Brick Oven Pizza LLC — Restaurant in Monroe

This place has 0 customer service. I ordered a large cheese pizza at 545. Was told it would be an hour. I called back at 745 to see if our order got misplaced or the driver was lost. All they could tell me is he is on his way. I callee back again at 820 to see if I could just pick my order up since im less then a mile away, the told me no, the driver is on his way with your order and 3 others. I asked can you please call him and see if I can get an eta or see if he is lost. The only thing they could say after 2.5 is he is on his way. A manager got on the phone when i asked them to remake the order and would gladly just come get it, because my family was hungry. I was denied that option and told the food was already on its way and there is a special bag that would make my food and 3 orders hot from the oven from 730 when he left. This is the worst experience I will just go to Sals pizza...

The best pizza in town, but sadly the worse customer service. New to the town of Monroe and tried many pizzerias but never one like this one. 5th and last time I place an order here. Always got my order wrong never as I ordered it, never said anything even tho you paying to get a service, wich is not provided. Not even close. The one day I did mentioned something about my order being misplaced, (usually order my pizza with no sauce or half with lite sauce and cut into squares since my kids love it that way) all i got was that I could toss it and that the owner will reach out. Never got a call.... went back and mentioned what had happen and the y tried telling me on how I should place my order, better of taking my business to little Caesars or buying a digiorno, oh and wait time its what ever they tell you and add an hour to it....

Today was the third time we went there this week. The first time was perfect we got a small salad with Salmon on it. Literally the next night we were told they couldn’t do that and the manager argued with us about it. We never received an apology. Tonight not only was there no ricotta in the calzone my husband but into something hard while eating his salad. I can’t tell if it was a piece of plastic or a tooth but it was gross especially since it ended up in his mouth. We were also told the food would be ready in 20-25 minutes. We got there 30 minutes later and had to wait an additional 20 minutes when we got there because they supposedly suddenly got busy and gave us the wrong time. Only about 6 people came in while we were waiting and all of them got their food on time. We were the only ones waiting. I wish I could give it a 0....
