*Incident involves minors *
There are effective methods to manage pests, such as maintaining cleanliness around your establishment and regularly spraying the patio to mitigate such occurrences. To claim that “bugs were not present on the food during the cooking process” is somewhat amusing. Regardless, if we are dining outdoors and bugs are on the food, the courteous response would be to offer a replacement and suggest we eat inside. Unfortunately, I was not offered this option and was left to pay for the meal.
Furthermore, my children have allergies to bees, yet your waitress suggested we bring the contaminated food inside and eat it. Do you recognize how absurd that sounds? I did not imply that she was rude, but rather that she was dismissive regarding the issue at hand. As regular patrons, I can recall several instances where your waitress displayed a poor attitude, which is equally concerning.
It is disheartening that, as the owner, you would not review the camera footage to assess the incident objectively and instead assume your staff is correct while dismissing the customer’s account. I have heard numerous negative comments about your establishment, so I am not surprised by your response.
To instruct us to consume food that had been contaminated by insects, without offering any form of compensation or acknowledgment for the situation, is unacceptable. Consequently, we will not be returning. Your lack of professionalism in addressing this matter is alarming, and I will be forwarding this incident to the health department due to the potential endangerment of minors.
We have lost all respect for your establishment, and it is regrettable that you have chosen to handle this matter poorly. I urge you to reconsider your approach to customer interactions, as labeling customers as dishonest is a serious misstep.
I feel a deep sense of pity for the employees and their behavior exhibited within the workplace. It seems they lack the essential problem-solving skills necessary to navigate such situations effectively. Addressing the issue at hand should be instinctive, as it is fundamentally a matter of common sense.
I can understand how confusion may arise, particularly if one is under the influence of substances that impair judgment. However, as adults, it is disheartening to observe a lack of direction or aspiration, which can hinder personal growth and motivation for a better future.

Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences ever of any food place I've ever gone to. First of all, I had to go to a bar to pick up the "subs". This was kind of strange and not being a bar person, I don't really think I should had to go in to a bar in order to get my subs. But anyway, gross atmosphere. No where near as gross as the food we were sold. No cheese on the subs, nasty yellow tomatoes, bread was not baked and the steak was like ground meat for a pizza. False advertising and embarrassing to the brand for sure! When I called them for help, the woman on the phone told me that that's how the food looks when it sits for a while. Like what? I just ordered and picked it up 15 minutes later. I asked for a refund, she said she couldn't. I asked to speak to the owner and she took my # but of course they didn't call me back.

Bartender was nice and gave me a free beer while I waited ...2nd time no issues .3rd time again I called for pu at a certain time ..got there waited for 5 for help. The waitress checked said they were cutting it now..waited atleast 5 or more minutes.they give me it but i thought it looked to small so i check .not my order. Waitress didn't know so not her fault she was just trying to help. I order a beer been now 15 min past my pu time .Bartender remembers my order and goes to check but in all was atleast 25 min past my pick up time.
