McDonald's — Restaurant in Monroe

So not a fan but we do go here sometimes for convenience. Last year I stopped going for a long time because of a rude employee who always messed up the order and rolled her eyes at me because I told her she gave me the wrong bag. Started going back a few months ago but now again with the employee issues. I ordered on the app. They pulled it up at the drive thru. When I got to the second window, the guy told me the order was cancelled. I did not cancel it in the 20 secs to drive up. He gave me a reciept and said I would have to go around and re-order. I left and then looked at the reciept. Not mine, not even remotely similar to what I described to him. So I went in and asked to speak with the manager. She was just completely rude and kept staring very closely at the reciept .....that was not mine. I had to explain it so many times while she scolded the order taker (did nothing wrong) and the guy at the window said he told me to pull ahead which he didn't. Finally she actually looked for my order which was sitting there with my name of course. Then she continued to look at the reciept (not mine) and said nothing. I asked for my drink and she brought me the wrong drink from the reciept (not mine). Instead of trying to listen and fix the situation, she was trying to make a point that it was cancelled ....even if it wasn't my order. People who can't admit mistakes should not be managing......or...

No signs saying they had no soda. Ordered food, then was told. Told orange juice was available. On a value meal ( by law) if an item is not available... A substitute can be offered, for the same price. They up charged for the orange juice. Handed me my order, that should've been handed to me flat. Had it sideways, contents went everywhere. The person I was with, was standing there for 5 minutes. When she said , " um...can someone take my order? The kid said," oh sorry today is my first day. So she ordered her sandwich plain. Got it with everything on it. Luckily she didn't have any allergies. People order food certain ways cause of various reasons. She just likes it that way. Others may have allergies to certain things. Called to say something, the manager tried giving every excuse he could, then said ," what do you want ME to do ?" Then offered 1 free meal for the hassle. Two meals were screwed up and we don't live close enough to just " pop in" guaranteed they won't offer to pay for gas to get there. When he offered the 1 free meal he said ," just come in and say , Nick said you get a free meal because of the mix up. " Never asked my name or gave me a code or anything. So doubtful if it will even be offered. Stay far far away from this place. Try dq across the street or any...

I will never go back to this place again they're the highest price McDonald's in the area I'm a senior citizen and I had a coupon the buy one get one free for breakfast sandwich they charged over $5 for one sandwich when I complained to the manager she said while each franchise has their own prices and Deals and I said well then what is the purpose of buying one get one free cuz you can get two for the same price at every other McDonald's without a coupon and she was very snotty and nasty to me I reported her to McDonald's I took her name down. Also the place used to be a lot cleaner there's garbage falling out of the garbage cans the restrooms are filthy every time I went there when the weather was warm never had any ice cream and when they did have it it was over spelling out of the cup the fudge was thin and running their food is always cold always had to bring it back there coffee is being nice and fresh now I don't even think they changed the pot that much I don't know what manager took over but this place is going downhill from a 5-star rating they're lucky they didn't have anything lower than that because if I could put a zero I would have don't go there you'll be...
