0 stars if possible- My fiance got my engagement ring here and we are so disappointed. An engagement is supposed to be such an exciting time and this place has ruined that. We've been engaged for 6 months and the diamond has popped out a total of 3 times within that time. Luckily I found the diamond all 3 times (i know super lucky and actually crazy), and the last time I went back one of the owners questioned how I was able to find it all 3 times. When I began to ask questions about the design of the ring in relation to the diamond popping out, she asked if I was unhappy with the ring design that was chosen. I was honest to say I was simply unhappy that I do not feel secure wearing my ring. The last time they told me they would order a new band, since these rings are manufactured somewhere else, and the first picture is what I recieved back. Highly unprofessional to return a ring back with prongs like this, especially when you've claimed you ordered a new band, which obviously is not true. When we questioned him about this, he acted like we had no clue what we were talking about. We are now stuck bringing the diamonds to a seperate store and getting a proper band made to fit the diamonds. Avoid this place...

I went in to get my band soddered since it split, he fixed it, however after wearing a couple days the baguette fell out. I have worn my ring every day for 11 years not once was there any indication it was loose or any other concerning problem. BE WARE!!!!! Have patience and go to a professional place. He’s not good at what he does, he can talk, but that’s it. I went back he said he would fix it, but at that point my trust was lost, and I couldn’t play around with the expensive diamond to a scammer. No pass for any mistakes on our precious expensive material possessions. Go to a real professional that actually cared about growing his business. I had to go buy a new baguette at a new place and waste money I don’t have because after “11” years it fell out once this guy touched it, trying to fix the prongs on my diamond. John, the owner of Gach Jewelers came to my rescue when less than a week out from my destination elopement I damaged my solitaire diamond engagement ring. In dropping it on tile floor a prong was damaged resulting in my diamond becoming loose. John took great care in repairing the damaged prong and securing the diamond. He also appraised my ring, providing paperwork so I could make arrangements to insure my ring. The turnaround time was quick, and I felt a sense of comfort knowing that Gach Jewelers does repairs onsite, unlike many establishments which send jewelry to NYC for repair. This took place in late 2017 and I have never had an issue with my diamond becoming loose again.
