If I could leave 0 stars I would. My experience was up surd, the amount of racial profiling that I experienced today was unbelievable. I have been a resident of the town of trumbull for over 7 years and never have I ever experienced what I did today. I sent over my family members that were visiting from NYC. They are both in their mid 25’s just about. As soon as they walked in and asked for what they needed, VERY respectful. The older woman and man that worked their proceeded to ask for their ID’s, my cousins did as they were told. The minute they saw NYC license they then started asking my cousins for a “second verification” as the older woman stated she needed either a utility bill or an Id card of some sort of insurance for verification. Never in my 26 years of living have I ever heard of anything like this. Granted my cousins are 100% hispanic. The form of attitude they received from this elderly woman was DISGUSTING from beginning to end. They then proceeded to call me & I then showed her my connecticut Drivers license to purchase what I wanted & I was beyond upset! Her demeanor was horrible, she showed such a nasty attitude! When I was spending my money in their store! MAYBE JUST MAYBE THEY SHOULD INVEST IN A SCANNER FOR THEIR VERIFICATION PURPOSES TO GUARANTEE IF ID’S ARE FAKE OR NOT & NOT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS BECAUSE OF THE WAY PEOPLE LOOK. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN, DISGUSTED...

Very bad service. The guy at the counter said he was the "manager" of the store and went to use my wifes debit card and he said that it wasnt my name on the card and i could not use it then said ok i will pay cash then. He still wouldnt except cash because he said the card i used was stolen and he would not return my wifes card back to me till i returned back to the store with her to prove it was her card. And when i had returned with her he still was insulting us and said we need to shut up and stop whining wen i wasnt even being disrespectful at all twards him. All i asked was i wanted the card back so i can pay cash and he kept disrespecting me. He started an argument infront of his customer's looking like an idiot when i wasnt doing anything wrong. I had been going there for years and never had a problem or ever seen this person working there and i couldnt believe the way he had acted twards me and my wife. I will never go there again it really made me mad the way...

A few weeks ago I stopped in and talked to the owner/manager about a few different bottles of wine and walked out with an incredible selection of suggested bottles - all within our exact taste profile and preferred style of wine.
