I put an item on hold June of 2020,, they said that they would call when it arrived, that didn’t happen. When I called months later, the owner was surprised when No one called. Which tells me that they sold my item. I had to call every week with the same question, and the same answer, We will call you. I went up on a whim, & mysteriously it pops up. The price of the item went up significantly, I asked if they could reduce the price being that they dropped the ball months ago, they were unsympathetic & would not reduce the price. I thought that they were reputable, straight street hustlers.......!! I'll Continue with the Street Hustlers Reprise : Being that the owner wants to call people out. ... I tell you this, I never said that I never remembered when I placed the deposit, I know exactly when that happend. I also called 06/16/20 and said that I will be coming up to pick up the item, and the response from one of your workers said that You Did Not have the item in stock and I would be called, and I can assure you that, that did not happend. The answer was "We will call you when it's in" You can ask a judge to request a statment from my Carrier/ Provider for them to provide the 2 dates in which You said You or your people called me.. I didn' t happend. 2nd, I knew it was an extreem back log on the item, So I wated patiently. Still No Call.... & When I called months Later,,, after Waiting to be called,,,, You said,,, No one Called You. I said No,,, Then you said again,,,,, No one Called You...? Which implied that You dropped the ball. And for that is where my frustration is, As the Owner You could have said,,,, You know,, We dropped the ball, so let me see what I can do,, But Nah.... You were like I can give you a refund AKA Kick Rocks... But You know that I've been waiting for this Item since June of 2020 and very few dealers had this item in Stock.. And Then when the Item Came in ,, guess What,,, Still No Call,,,,,,,??!! I had to walk in to look at my options for another item,, And What I really wanted to get since June,, Shows Up With No Call.......!! I did not just show up 8 months later... No Calls.. I work for a company where I am required to provied the White Glove Treatment,,, So I know what that is like being on the other side of Service I got the dirty glove,, Your guys are excent to talk and work with & helpful with questions,,, I've learned alot from them,, I'm not going to deny, but the complete transaction from begining to end, has been a nightmare. Thank You. If I retund the item to get a full refund, I will be back in the same position as I started. I came in in May to get an item in June that wasn't avalible. The item did come in serveral months later, but No call. The commitment to provided excelent service was short. The only insult on the Public form was poor customer service durning the complete proccess. I'm very happy with the item, the service part,,,, to be desired. The majority of their staff are ex military except this one fellow. That fellow was the only staff member who acknowledged me and was friendly. He told me that everyone else was ex military and immediately I thought to myself, "Figures." However things drastically dropped further when I noticed, was interested in, and wanted to see the transferable Thompson they had. The good fellow was in the process of getting it off the wall when one of the ex military staff proceeds to immediately stop the fellow and when the fellow responded that I wanted to see it, he then had the audacity to say, "No he's not unless he's buying it." Ok buddy first off, I don't know if you were all prejudice as I was the only Hispanic in the store at the time but if you all were prejudice, I know for a fact that they taught you all in the military that racism is against the UCMJ and I know this because I was a Marine. Y'all being that rude and unnecessarily stern is what gives us a bad name here in the civilian world. You are all not in the military anymore so you all continuing to be unapproachable and rude is eventually going to get you a customer that's going to give you a reality check the hard way. Second off, I could've bought that Thompson with no problem however does it make sense for a customer to spend 5 figures on something without seeing the condition of it? Have some common sense seriously. Plus the snobby attitudes I personally know very well from the Marine Corps? No thanks I'll take my business elsewhere. Read moreI went in last Saturday and showed the salesman my new Walther PPQ Q5 Match pistol and told them I'd like to buy a Holoson HE508T red dot and an adapter plate to mount the red dot on my pistol. The salesman brought me everything he said I needed which included a C&H Precision adapter plate. I went home and tried to mount the Holoson 508 to my pistol and found that the adapter plate and the Holoson HE508T were not compatible and would not mount together. I checked with the C&H website and sure enough I had the wrong adapter plate. I had to wait until Tuesday to call Elite Firearms to explain the problem and they cut me off and said they would look into it and get back to me. I called the next day to try and give them the correct SKU number per C&H but they didn't want to hear it, cut me off and said they would get back to me. On Friday I decided to just go ahead and order the correct plate right from C&H Precision so it's going to get to me by Monday. Still nothing from 111 Elite Firearms so I guess I'm out the cost of the adapter plate but have learned a lesson about Elite Firearms. They won't be doing business with me ever again. I received the correct plate from C&H a few days ago, it fit perfectly. Too bad I started this journey at 111...
