I haven't been in a Starbucks in a while and I choose this one because it was convenient for me. It wasn't all that busy there. Two people inside having a lovely conversation and three barristas - 2 up front and 1 in the back. I wasn't greeted when I came in, nor was I helped. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching the girls talk, asked if I could get some help and listened to them keep talking. It would have been nice to be acknowledged, even with just a moment or something. So I walked out.
