Terrible experience with short tempered female phone answering person last evening when trying to call in a delivery, which my family and I have done many times over the past couple of years. I called in for a delivery, and was surprisingly offended & confused by the girl who stated she was the manager, on duty (she was very rude to me, hung up on me 3 times, and said I lived outside their Delivery area...yet we've had about 20-40 deliveries here to our home, which is 5 MILES AWAY from their location) But worst of all and most surprising of all is when she absolutely refused to give me her first name or an employee ID # of any kind, so that I would know who I was going to call the owner to complain about. This girl manager simply said "nope, I refuse to give you my personal information"! When I asked for the name of her supervisor, manager or the Owners name, she ALSO refused to give me ANY of that information! Now, I rarely complain, but I don't think I've ever had someone blatantly refuse to provided me with their bosses or the Owner's name of a small establishment. I was shocked. I never used foul language to this girl, nor anything of the type. As a matter of fact, I almost always make sure to give the delivery guys (usually they are young men) very healthy tips - as in between 25% - 40% and have NEVER had any problem with them, btw. Good quality pizza in a timely manner. I really enjoyed the cinnamon knots. The garlic knots were good too. So food quality wise, I would give this place 5 stars. The service was good too. What was terrible was the web site. The meal deals can only be had if you order online, a phone call won't do. Things are poorly explained in the web site and I had to call just just to know what I was ordering, "combo pizza" could mean any number of things. After 10 minutes or more of back and forth just to get the order down then came the payment part. 20 minutes of hair pulling ended in failure and I had to go into the store and pay extra to have what I spent 30 minutes trying to get online. I was screaming mad at that point and regretting that I'd ever thought to try something new. The drive there was a pain too. It's stuffed into the corner of that market area and it was hard to tell in Google maps where I was supposed to turn, so I ended up going in circles to get there. Then when I got home I realized I had the wrong pizza. That might have been my fault though, I was ordering from memory not a menu, but...I don't actually think that was the case. At least the pizza...

We ordered the deal: two 16" 3 topping pizzas + garlic knots. It was an online order only deal. It instructed us to type our topping and knot sauce preference in the comment box but there wasn't enough room/characters allowed. So we called and explained the situation. The employee said the system wouldn't allow him to honor the online deal if he entered it as a telephone order so he made a note of what we wanted so they would understand the abbreviations we could make fit in the comment box. In the end, our order was complete, correct and DELICIOUS! The garlic knots were soooooo goood...super buttery. For our pizza toppings we did one with cream cheese, jalapeños & bacon. The second had pepperoni, pineapple and mushrooms. They did not skimp on the toppings like Domino's and the crust was sturdy but soft. No flavoring on the crust but we dipped it in the knot butter and it was all good. Our total came to just under $50 but it will feed 2 people for multiple meals and the quality of the food was worth paying more vs ordering Domino's...
