Amazing service and price match guarantee!!! My husband and I visited the Snohomish Station store to kill a little time and had amazing service from Tyler. He helped us narrow down the type of bed we wanted first so we didn't have to spend hours lying on each bed. We were just killing time but ended up finding a bed we both liked, but weren't ready to commit to buying that day. After researching online, I found a less expensive site to get the same mattress. Tyler had mentioned they have a price match guarantee so we went to the Monroe Mattress Firm to ask if they would honor the online price. To my surprise, they not only matched it, but beat it by 10%. The transaction was easy because I knew exactly what we wanted and just had to pay and pick a delivery date. We received a phone call the night before delivery to let us know what two hour window the bed would be arriving. The delivery men showed up at the beginning of the delivery window and took the old mattress and box spring away, before bringing in the new box springs and mattress. The only minor complaint is the men delivering our mattress didn't angle the mattress far enough to one side to avoid rubbing the mattress against the ceiling over our stairs and left a black mark on the ceiling. I have purchased 2 frames and 3 mattresses from this company in total. I got my brother and father to both buy frames and mattresses from them. I was a total brand loyalist until today.

I got a notification that my bed was 20 minutes away. An hour later they arrive. Not a huge deal, I live in the middlebof nowhere, it happens. When I get to the door, the delivery driver was walking away. When I asked if he was going to help bring the mattress inside, he said "it's a delivery, not an installation ". When I asked if they took old mattresses away for disposal, he said they didn't do that. So I had to manhandled my mattress up a flight of stairs with an injured back. This caused me to reaggravate my injury right before I had to go to work (I unload trucks for a hardware store, so that's not good). Now I'm barely holding it together at work because these two lazy drivers couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. The drivers in Overland Park, KS and Omaha, NE were friendly and helpful. These two were disgraceful.

Next time I need a bed, I'll be giving another company a chance to earn...

Be aware that all Mattress Firm salesmen are like car salesman where they can take money off the price of mattresses, include items for free (or not) and it comes out of (or goes into) their commission. This means that many things are negotiable and they're playing tricks to get you to buy the priciest mattresses and even the overpriced pillows/sheets/protectors (or make it look like a sweet deal to get artificially expensive accessories for free). Lots of blowing smoke on how the most expensive mattresses last 15+ years but find a legitimate source on the internet stating that mattresses last that long anymore.

This location is especially bad in that they don't have enough staffing and have had to close at 2:30pm (see photo).

Dropped by when they WERE open with a couple other customers and salesman took my name and number saying he would call back, and then never called back. Despite me trying to be kind, this particular gentleman was a bit grumpy and would really benefit from being more...
