Went there to order a pizza when I walked in the girl at the front counter never said hello or welcome to pizza hut the only thing she said was "Are you here for a pick up" and she wasn't even friendly about that I told her "No" I would like to place an order and asked if there was a menu she pointed at the end of the counter and mumbled something and I said excuse me could you repeat that I couldn't hear what you said she replied "the menu is over there as I looked I couldn't see a menu after searching behind some stand up fliers there was a white 9×11 piece of paper so I picked it up thinking how odd a menu on a white piece of paper and after looking at it everything was computer typed on it the problem was a lot of what was typed on it was faded and you couldn't hardly read it so I figured they didn't need my money and because of the lack of ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE I decided to take my hard earned money to their competition and went across the parking lot to Dominos pizza, the young man at Domino's was very customer friendly so I ordered there and in fact tipped them $15 dollars for their customer service, so I want to say to the management of pizza hut fix your unfriendly employees get a better menu instead of what you had there and I might consider coming back and ordering from you and to the young lady at the counter who doesn't understand that when you give good customer service you make more money in tips and it adds up at the end of your week you lost out because of it, your loss Pizza...
Read moreI was just charged by Monroe pizza hut. I received an error message that prompted me to call the store directly to ensure my order went through. I hope with the rudest, young male, that would not provide his name. He was blasting music into the phone the entire conversation. I asked if my order went through. He said no. He also let me know this is a known issue today and he just works at the store, he doesn't know why it's happening. I asked him to make sure I was refunded since I was charged, yet the order didn't go through. He said he can't and to call.my bank to dispute it....what????? I told his thats an exceptionally poor suggestion and that I should have to report a fraud charge. He didn't care. I asked what is corporates number, he said look it up online....Very rude, poor customer service. I asked him for his name and position, he hung up on me. I am contacting the better business bureau and the Washington state attorney generals office to report this illegal activity. That young man should be reprimanded, at best.
**8/22 I still have the entire amount processing 6 days later. My money is frozen. Ive had zero help by Pizza Hut. Terrible service. I had one rep named Melinda email me that she can assist if I was charged, yet it's from a "no-reply" email. She also said I can call her...she didn't leave a number.

Read moreThe website has a lot of bugs, which cause orders to be incorrect. One such bug is, if you add a pizza to the cart with toppings on one half, then login when you’re on the checkout page, the website will change the toppings to be on the whole pizza instead of half. The site doesn’t notify you because you’re already beyond the cart at this point, but if you do go back to the cart you’ll see the change.
When I got to the store I explained what happened and that the website has a major bug so the pizza would need to be remade since it was incorrect. I was told by the worker too bad, and that if I wanted it remade I’d have to pay for a new one, which is completely unacceptable.
So beware of website bugs and employees that don’t care to help rectify the results...
