I wouldn’t even give them one star but it is required, we ordered food at 11:34, 2 Large pepperoni pizzas and a stuffed cheese bread to the Holiday Inn, 0.2 miles down the road from the dominos place, at 12:00 it said that the driver was on the way with pizza, 12:30 I called asking about my pizza considering it is a seven minute WALK to the hotel, the manager or women supposedly in charge hung up on me several times while also cussing at me because I asked why it was taking so long after also telling me we had never even placed the order even though our card had already been charged the amount. Long story short 2 hours & $55.00 later the pizza guy finally showed up wth no explanation to what happened, or why the person who answered the phone dealt with it so immaturely and lastly absolutely none of the sides we ordered came with it. (garlic butter, ranch, etc) (another phone call to get the refund for that) . I worked at a Mary saccos before and was a delivery person so no I am not some random person hoping to get their pizza in 10 minutes, I also had tipped the delivery driver 20%. I understand the time factor but the way it was dealt was ridiculous and I’m completely offended after waiting so long and spending so much of my hard earned cash. So just in case you’re in a rush I suggest pick up instead of delivery also do not believe the tracker they give you online, they definitely do not align with what that store is actually doing. We would of saved a lot of time and cash walking there instead of wasting our money and time on a company who hires such immature and rude people. Side note we are only here for a funeral so the factor of that just adds into the experience even more. I highly suggest the women who is in charge is put into a lower position until she can handle things more appropriately. Pizza was awesome customer service was not. Had to call from hotel room eventually because she kept ignoring our phone calls. Do not waste your time unless you’re picking up or that women is...
Read moreDominos in Monroeville on N. PIKE if i could give a negative 10 review I would. This place was beyond terrible. My food took super long and it was cold and burnt. I called them back to return the food. He hung up on me. Then when I called back he put the phone down. I called back again and said I want to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager then I told him I don't like to be hung up on. (Which everything is on a recorded line) I told him my food was ice cold, and burnt we ordered three different cheese on the buffalo pizza and it hardly has any cheese on it . Then he said that's not true. I told him I took pics of it yes it is. I said i spent my money with you guys when theres multiple other pizza places i could of ordered from. Then he said he can refund half my order or he can remake my xl Buffalo chicken pizza. I said why only half when the whole order is messed up? He asked for the order # and the address. He asked me what do I wanna do? I said politely: we waited a long time, we are hungry and we would like our food made correctly. I can give you all this food back in return for hot non- burnt food. Or a refund. Then he said he can't do a refund. He said he can make my pizza himself the right way and be here in 20 mins. I agreed I said OK. Sent my daughter down there to meet the delivery while we were talking. 45 mins later we called to see what's going on. He said he already dropped it off with the the receptionist. mind you he made it all up my daughter been down waiting. The receptionist he described doesn't exist. He had me going for a while then he said he'll send a pic of the delivery and never did. Bottom line they play around too much with your food they don't take their job seriously..they lie mess up your food on purpose hang up on you, pick up the phone and put it down to keep it off the hook. Don't do returns or or refunds. ITS A WAIST OF...
Read moreI have been a regular patron to Domino's but I recently had the worst experience ever with this chain. I used the Dominos app from my phone to order a pizza like I always do. For some strange reason, the app always connects me with a Dominos store that is further away from me in Monroeville PA. Normally that further store sends my order to the store that is close to me (Penn Hills) and I get my pizza. This time the Monroeville store tried to transfer my request to the Penn Hills store near me but the Penn Hills store would not accept the order like they normally would so the Monroeville store canceled my order and no one notified me of this cancellation. I was waiting and waiting until I decided to call. The Monroeville, PA. store manager told me they canceled my order because the store closest to me (Penn Hills) would not take the transfer order. No one ever called me to let me know of this cancellation. In the past, the Monroeville, PA store has always notified me about the status of my order. I have used this app several times to order a pizza. This is the first time this happened to me at these stores. When I called the Monroeville store, the woman manager said she didn't have time to talk to me about the matter and she hung up.
This franchise should loose their license for such inappropriate behavior to a faithful customer. I am now going to order pizza from Pizza Hut and the local pizza joints in my area. I will never go back to Domino's again because they don't understand the value of returning customers. This happened on October 10, 2018 around 8:00pm. No one ever called me back to apologize or offer me a free drink, let alone a pizza. These stores are pretty pitiful if you ask me. Their main priority is the money and to hell with...
