I stopped here this morning with my son after work. The lady that took our order barely looked up from the book she was writing in. We placed order, went to pay and apparently you can’t pay with anything over a ten dollar bill because they don’t have change. I was told we barely ever get cash because most people pay with their card or app. I’m sorry I had cash I was unaware that I needed to pay in a specific form to shop at that location. Anyway when we went to get the order from counter it was not what I ordered and we told the barista who looked at it and it said what she made on the tag but that was not what I ordered. I said iced coffee which is different than cold brew and I wanted the white mocha and it was white choc macadamia cold foam. Cannot have nuts due to allergy. I don’t work there but I know they are completely different. Instead of just replacing the drink she talked to the one who took the order and they discussed it before fixing it then they made comments about the price difference. II ordered one thing you put in another I paid with my sons app the total you gave me. I guess it’s my fault that the book was more important than customer service. Read moreI always place a mobile order at the light while I drive into work to do drive thru pick up. This location is always quick and there are never any cars. I forgot to place this morning and had to pull over in the parking lot because it would not load and place it right before driving to the drive thru to say I placed an order. I get to the window and the lady who I think was a manager told me to give them more time when I placed my mobile order and also making a comment how it was just made-I said yes it was. Which ODDLY I was the only one in the line and what’s the difference of ordering it online right then and there before I pull up or saying it to you at the speaker? You still have to make it in the same amount of time? It was just an unnecessary comment because she was annoyed by it. I was nice back but the more I thought about it she was trying to be rude on purpose. I also received my order just as fast. So what was the need for that comment at all? Read moreI have been here 3 times. First time, the person sounded like Siri! She was great! Second time I placed a mobile order. It wasn't ready when I got there but that was fine with me...until I was duly informed to place the order earlier so it would be ready when I arrived. Today was the 3rd time. Mobile order: Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato & a Turkey Bacon, Cheddar, & Egg White Sandwich. There was no caramel drizzle in my drink (what's the point?). I didn't get to the sandwich until I got to work. Turkey Bacon was never even cooked, there was NO cheese, and the egg was ice cold and tasted like it had come out of the freezer before it left the store....
