On July 1, 2024, I went to get some hotdogs pretzels for my granddaughter, but I didnât want the ones that had been sitting in the warmer for about 20 minutes according to the person on the cashier. She asked me did I want a fresh batch & informed me that it would take about 7 minutes to prepare & I agreed. We went back and the woman who prepared the fresh batch was putting the pretzels in the bag. I told both women thank you and expressed my appreciation for the service. A little bit after we left, I noticed my granddaughter wasnât eating the pretzels. I asked her what was wrong & she said that wasnât going to eat the burnt ones. I looked in the bag and ALL of the pretzels were burnt on one side. I spent over $14 on pretzels and a lemonade & they were all burnt. I was totally upset that anyone would deliberately put burnt pretzels in a bag and sell them to anyone. The only reason I didnât bring them back is because when I returned back to the area..the mall as closed. Please inform your employee (the person who does the cooking) to treat her customers the way she would want to be treated as a customer. Times are way to hard for me to waste money...
