We always order from this domino’s and never had any issues but tonight we had the worst service experience.
We ordered our pizza on the mobile app for delivery and asked them for contactless delivery and to put it by the small white gate on side of house, Blaine delivered our first pizza snd the box and pizza was smashed I was shocked cause we never had issues before so I immediately called the store and explained to the lady that our pizza and box was smashed, she immediately got the order prepared again no questions asked I thanked her for her help and waited for our second pizza. 30 minutes go by no call that the pizza was here so I looked out the window to see if the delivery driver was there, I see a car that looked to have the domino’s logo, So I went out to get the pizza and the driver was gone but there was no pizza so I was confused maybe it wasn’t him? So I called to check who was reliving the pizza and gave a description of the vehicle to the lady on the phone, she said that was him. I told her there’s no pizza but I said I’ll wait to see if he does come if not we’ll call back. Waited about 15 minutes still nothing, so I go looking for the pizza and have my boyfriend call them back and he explained that we did not see the pizza at all. The delivery drive me told the lady on the phone that he left it by the small white gate, He did not. Then he said “oh no it was the big white gate” and we saw nothing. Then he said “oh I left it on the tall pillar by the big white gate”. We looked and saw the pizza COLD on top of the brown brick pillar by the RV gate. We told them it was suppose to be left by the small white gate and no one called us to tell us the pizza was here so we asked to speak to manager for a FULL refund , we explained the situation to the manager and she proceeded to tell us that since the pizza was delivered and we had it in hand that we were not getting a refund we tried to explain that this was not our fault at all and she said we could not get a refund and hung up on my boyfriend.

I placed my order through the app and I got a message that stated "skip the line, go straight to the counter for pickup"...When I arrived, I noticed there were 2 others inside the building waiting for their food, so I wait for the cashier to finish helping the other customer and show her my pickup notification. She tells me, sorry but we can only have one customer inside at a time, you'll have to wait outside while I help the other person because she was here waiting. Mind you, it was a cold night, and it was raining!!! She finally gets to me and gives me my food, she doesn't apologize for throwing me out in the cold rain, and when I ask about their "Carside Delivery" which is clearly advertised on their store window, she looks at me so confused. She tells me "I don't know how that works". I was so upset, but out of respect I just took my food and left, I didn't want to make a scene.
