Arrived for my curbside delivery pickup, but there’s only three legal parking spaces in front of the store and they’re all taken. Luckily I see a short driveway behind the building to a parking lot, so I turn in and the small parking lot is completely full. I try to turn around and yet another car is trying to pull into the parking lot! I think, “okay it’s a small area on a busy street, I’ll just wait for something to open” so I pull to the side and wait, but after a few minutes no one has left their parking.
Deciding to make the best of it, I pull to the side of the building on the driveway where the person walking my food out should be able to see the front of my car, and click the I’m here button. Wait a few minutes, someone clicks in store that they’re on their way before the new countdown timer is up. I waited an additional three or four minutes after they had clicked the on the way status, and finally I see someone walking out. I waved to him so he might know I was the car waiting (despite giving make model and color of car in the app) and the guy stops ten feet short of my car and starts yelling that I’m not allowed to park there.
Obviously I know I can’t park there. I tried to explain there’s nothing in front of the building, he doesn’t care. I explain I tried to park in the back and he just says I’m not allowed to park in the back either, I have to be in front. I ask where I was supposed to go when all three spots are taken and no one is leaving and he just kept yelling at me. Finally he walks over and hands me my food but I had tried my best to find a spot with limited options and I feel it very rude to just stand there yelling at me when it’s obvious there’s no other choice. It’s a poor building design so when problems arise just…. maybe deliver the food without throwing a...
Read moreHorrible location and horrible service! I have never had a bad experience with Domino's but this place has definitely tainted my experience. I have ordered from here multiple times, and each time I order delivery they refuse to actually fully deliver our pizza. Jersey is full of unique delivery areas, and when you order a pizza for delivery the purpose is for convenience. When I am in my night clothes and don't feel like leaving the house, I order delivery. Every time I order from this location, they literally refuse to deliver the pizza to my door. When calling them, they said that their delivery driver is 70 years old so maybe that's the reason he didn't want to fully do his job and deliver the pizza to my door. Muhammad is the worst. I don't know if he is the owner, or a combination of the owner and delivery person. Do not trust this place... Beyond the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you live in any apartment community, or especially in The Green in Bloomfield, NEVER ORDER...
Read moreI ordered from this location several times before without an issue. My profile says to leave orders on my front door for orders. Tonight I was away from my phone and missed the delivery drivers call. When I check my messages the voicemail said they would return the order back to the store and to call store store to have the driver return the order. When I called the store I was greeted rudely and I hear yelling and commotion in the background. When I explained I was in the restroom and apologize for missing the call. The woman who greeted me said “keep ya phone with you bro” and abruptly ended the call. The driver called again and I instructed him to leave the order on my porch as my profile indicated. I went to retrieve my order which was left in a box that was slightly damaged and the order was cold. I will never order from this location again. Just horrible...
