Update: I spoke to the manager and she apologized, and luckily said that this terrible cashier is no longer with them since she doesnāt represent the customer service that they strive for. So I tried their food today and it was actually very good! Customer service was a lot better now, and seems like a very humble and honest location, go support this business if you like Mediterranean food! āāāāāOld: I called yesterday at 12:30 to order the combo plate because I saw their website and menu online and thought they looked so good and was excited to try it. On the menu it says if you get the Combo kebab plate, then you choose which 2 kebabs you want. When I called, this cashier āAnnaā picked up, so I told her I wanted the combo plate, and she quickly said, āitāll be ready in 20 minutesā and almost hung up on me, but I said āwait excuse meā and I asked her if sheās going to ask which 2 kebabs I want, and I asked her āhow will you know which 2 I want?ā. She responded saying āthat only comes with chicken and beefā. So I told her if she can ask someone, maybe her manager because on the menu it says āyour choice of 2ā. And she told me āIāve been working here for years, I know that itās only chicken and beefā. So I asked her, ācan I speak to a manager, because Iām the menu it says that I can chooseā. And she told me that all managers were out at lunch (how convenient). So I asked her āwhen can I call back to speak to a manager?ā At this point I just wanted someone who would actually help me out. When I asked that, she said āIām very busy, I have a lot of orders, do you want something or not?ā And I told her no, and then I asked her for her name and she told me supposedly āAnnaā. At this point I just decided to eat at Zankou Chicken, so I called in there and they were very helpful and food was good, but I still wish I got to try Aniās, but the cashier was not being helpful or competent and honestly quite rude when she told me sheās very busy because she made me feel like she didnāt want to deal with me. So later around 6 PM, I called again to ask to speak to a manager, and āAnnaā picked up, and right when I asked that question she said āyouāre still calling? Donāt you have a life?ā Then she hung up on me. So I called again, and a man answered and I asked him if he was the manager, he said no, the manager isnāt in currently, so I asked him if with the combo plate Iām able to choose my 2 meats and he said yes, so I told him my frustration with āAnnaā telling me that itās only chicken and beef, and that she knows because sheās been working there for years. And when I said the man said that āAnnaā is actually a new cashier that hasnāt been working there that long. So I will keep calling until I speak to a manager about this and as long as āAnnaā is a cashier there, I will not be eating there. Terrible cashier...

Today was the day, i walked in and i saw the owner behind the counter at the cashier and an employee putting on his apron. The owner did not greet me and he waited for his employee to take my order. I felt kinda awkward and not wierd. If anybody should be greeting me, its the owner.
the rotisserie chicken seems good, but i had a craving for a gyro. So, i ordered a gyro sandwich with the employee. I sat down and just watched the television. I was thinking, gyro sandwiches are quick, meat is pre-cooked. Just need to heat it up and throw it in the pita, slap some lettuce, tomatoe, oninon and dress it up with the youghurt. 15minutes later, i felt even more awkward, the employee there just pretended i was not there. they served other people and others took their food to go.
I got up and looked at the cook and he didn't even notice me. I read a little sign it goes something like " if you have a bad attitude, or look mean we will charge you extra money to put up with bad attitude" then i sat down again, finally another order came out. I got up and stood at the counter, the cook then gave me the sandwich. mind you, this is a small establishment, so it's easy to notice people.
I was thinking, man, i was sitting for so long, at least the employee or owner would offer me a drink or tell me there was something going on with my order.
the sandwich was wrapped in paper and the paper got soggy, it seems like it was prepared, but nobody cared to gave me my order. I was very disappointed and felt like i was neglected.
in a nut shell, food is good, service sucks...I would not go back only...

They charge way too much for the food. Itās not all that I guess itās because itās one of the only Mediterranean food in the area, but that doesnāt give excuse for the old man thatās preparing the food to have this really disgusted face, and then they charge three dollars or something like that for using your card isnāt this illegal? Iād rather go somewhere else and thatās exactly what I did. I took my business to someplace else driving as far as I drive just to get their food for so many years because they were better than they are now because of the change in atmosphere inside everythingās digital menu so now they upped the prices just terrible family for you have to be willing to waste more than $60 at...
