I have ordered from this dominos pizza two separate times. The first time I ordered on the Dominos app for delivery. The app said that it would approximately take 60 minutes including delivery. I waited 2 hours and drove to the restaurant and my pizza was not even made yet so I asked for my cash back. The manager was unprofessional and showed that he was unorganized with 7 employees that I counted and my order wasn’t done in 2 hours that I patiently waited. Manager gave me my money back and asked to come again one more time. Today March 12,2022 @4:25pm I called the restaurant this time, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and a female answered. She was rude and I heard her sigh through the phone. I ordered only 2 medium pizzas and the female I spoke to said the order will be ready in 20 minutes. I get there at 5:10pm and turns out my order was NOT “taken” my order was NOT “ready”. Never had a problem but tonight I placed a order at 7:38 for delivery, it was 8:53 when I called and asked where my order was and guy says there was no order. I told him that there was no way. So he checks again and "finds" the order and tells me it was for carry out. I asked then why did you confirm my address? He said "that's strange" at this point he has faked an accent on and off. I asked so whats gonna happen now he said they can deliver 15-20 minutes. I let him know this wasn't ok, my order is no longer fresh. He said he can discount them. And I asked ok, how long now he says 25 minutes. My kids were waiting to eat, this is not ok. I asked for a manager and they want to fake their voice and act like it's another person when the whole time it the same man I've been speaking to since I placed my order. I usually order to have it delivered, today I ordered as usual and the application notified me that the order had been delivered, unfortunately the driver delivered it to the wrong address so I called to let them know that I hadn't received anything. The employee who served me agreed with me on a new order and I chose to go pick it up to avoid any setbacks. When I arrived, an employee was talking about the incident and told another employee if she had put something on the pizzas in a sarcastic way, which made me very upset because I trust that the people who prepare the food have ethics and are not going to do anything.
