Nevera Juice Bar Montebello — Restaurant in Montebello

I actually enjoy the location. The first time I came, the male food server was excellent 👌 . We got our drinks quickly and food without incident. Delicious 😋, the variety of papaya almond berries, ect, were insanely good. The wrap, very good, the croissant yummy, but the chia and fruit was subpar. Parking is ample and easy to find and maneuver. The location is clean and well organized. Prices and food labels are easy to read and well marked. The reason I gave this place a 3 and not 4. One, no seating inside, and small space for people to wait in. Second, maybe too many varieties of drinks, but the more the merrier? Lastly, after arriving and going over the order 3x, we waited 30 mins to get 2 drinks and 3 simple food choices. The first time here, it took the server 10-15 min for the same order. This time 30min, and were served after 7 people came after us and received their order before ours ??? And to top it off, we were missing a croissant. My mistake was that I should have printed a receipt, and I didn't. However, we did go over the order 3x... so I was frustrated with the wait, the people being served before me, and lastly, not being treated with some type of empathy . Beyond that, the food is great, the drinks are great, and I would have to agree that the associates are fairly good at their duties. Oh, at least outside there are...

The 1 star has nothing to do with the food. The spinach wrap I ordered was 5 star. It was hot like a grilled panini but delicate like a wrap should be. Packed with blended flavors and whatever the house special sauce is you need to bottle that baby girl. Put it on shelves in grocery stores. The 1 star rating is for the service. A business earns money from paying people. That means you have to have even the lowest standard of service to please people coming into your establishment. I was greeted with a welcome that sounded like it was coming through a mouth with gritted teeth. No big deal personally. Then I'm waiting to order and no one acknowledges I'm in line. People will walk out and the business will lose money. The owner of this establishment needs to invest in service training or hire a new crew. The 1 star rating is because the restroom has a sign saying no public restroom. A public restroom is a place where anyone from the public can go. Think a park restroom. A library restroom. If I'm paying I am no longer part of the public. For these reasons I will never come back and to all who read this entire review I urge you to spend your money elsewhere. For regulars of this establishment demand better service or find another juice...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I have come to this business many times but today will be my last. I went into the business and waited for 5 minutes no one had even acknowledged I was there ready to be helped. There was about 6 workers all very busy which I understand but a simple we will be with you shortly would of been great. I had to take the initiative to ask if I was going to be helped just to get an attitude from the manager on duty at 11:50. I wonder how much longer I would have waited till I was acknowledged by someone. She said yes we are really busy and I asked should I just order online and her response was yes that would be better. If this business can not operate with in person and online business maybe they should probably just go to an online only business. I asked for a business card and she said they didn’t have one I also asked if there was someone higher than her and she said no. As a recurring customer I am very disappointed and I will NEVER go back. I will also NEVER recommend anyone I know to go there based on customer service.
