Starbucks — Restaurant in Montebello

Id say it is more like two and a half stars. If you are a regular and tip, you get speedy service. Im a broke student, downing high amounts caffeine to stay up for study. I do not have the luxury for tipping, i tend to give a half hour just to get in and out. Sadly, for my gender, i have most of my problems with the males. They just don’t listen. Always getting my name wrong, fine. Gotten a few orders wrong and then corrected, happens. Last visit, ordered an americano and i get some mocha something or another. I told them i wanted an americano and i cannot have sugars, diabetic. I arrive for my job and low and behold, americano mocha, they used the same cup and there is a thick layer of chocolate at the bottom. I get gastroparesis when i intake too much sugar and i am not able to enjoy chocolate, sadly, without some discomfort . Maybe send your employees to an interaction speech class to learn...

Usually every day or every other day I go get my free sample coffee they give me some creamer and they at first they had the vanilla powder out they're always supposed to have the cinnamon the nutmeg vanilla powder Etc out but I had went back yesterday and the guy was actually being very rude he was giving me a face and he was telling me that he was just being very rude there then this location is actually not very good. Clean and he was basically blaming it on his co-worker that she wasn't doing her job I've been going there every time I pick up my medicine from Rite Aid and I always get my free coffee and this guy just felt like this guy was just being very rude very rude I didn't get the name skinny guy young maybe late twenties other guy also being very rude There just being very rude other than that the girls are always nice and I have no problem giving me a sample giving me the...

I know I've left multiple good/decent reviews for this location. For not valuing honest customer feedback/reviews, you get many fewer stars for trying to manipulate your review multiple times. I keep track of all my reviews, give up; I know how businesses abuse the system to remove stuff. I have nearly 35M views, now everyone knows.

Some comfy seating, the rest is avg hard chairs. Your average Starbucks. The music is...okay but sometimes too loud. Limited tables. Limited seating. Purposely SLOW WIFI by corporate!!! Standard Starbucks products. Good customer service. Can be busy AF. Their hot foods are good but slightly pricey. Worst parking area imaginable lol I recommend parking further.

As usual, every Starbucks is the extreme opposite of the outside temperature so ppl will leave, particularly during Summer.

Overall: Your average Starbucks, try it if you haven't tried...
