First time at this store, because my girlfriend made sure to get a taste of home before she left America. Just entered the store, almost full of customers. It must be very populer. But my girlfriend doesn't think it's traditional flavor. I could have given him three stars, but the boss's last two points made me very angry. No one takes our order. Even when we walk by, they say I'll come and take your order at your table. Unfortunately, I sat in my seat and waited for a total of ten minutes before placing the order successfully. We were served about ten minutes after the order was placed. While giving us the food, we noticed that one of the food she gave us was not what we had asked for. The boss told us that she made a mistake. The boss strongly hopes that we can accept her mistake because she repeated it two or three times. After I refused her request, he gave my girlfriend the correct noodle, and when my girlfriend said she needed the chili peppers (it was on the boss serving tray), the boss said she would give it to us later when my noodle done, but we were very hungry. The boss asks the same question when serving other people's food, hoping they'll accept the wrong item. I suspect she was lying to me just now. At the checkout, the boss asked me to pay the bill and the tip togather by credit card on the grounds that I could not operate the POS machine. I think she knows that 90% of me don't tip her. I said no. She waited with me while I signed the credit card bill and watched me do it, which made me very uncomfortable, even though I had decided...
Read moreZERO STAR for this restaurant. Bad service and attitude. Poor food quality. Food is soso. After we finished our meals, we asked for bills and waited for about 15 minutes to have waiter to serve us. They served the customers who pay for cash even though those couple tables of customers asked for bills after us. They will wait until those customers gone and then clean up those tables. Then, they will serve you finally after they finish all other things if you pay by card. We did ask if they accept card payment or not before we order foods since they prefer CASH. After the waiter gave us our bills, the owner came and said they have to charge the bills with the tips at the same time since it costs them $2 service fee for each card payment. The service cost that charged by card company is not our responsibility; those are the restaurant general costs. It doesn’t make sense to me. The bills that we pay for is the price of the food, tax, and the tips depending on the service that we receive. That is it. Customers have no responsibility for the restaurant costs. That makes me feel very offensive and rude. I decide to dispute the tips that they charged me without my willing. Bad experience that I’ve ever had. BE AWARE that you need to pay CASH to have a nice and faster...
Read moreI came with high expectations, as gals on the social media highly recommend this restaurant. However, the service was so bad that I could not even enjoy the noodles, which was a bit salty but tasty though. I went to the cashier, after waiting 5 minutes for the waitress to take the order. She sent me back and told me she would come take the order, but we were left alone for another 5 minutes. She finally took the order after I went to her again. (The first red flag of the service). When she served the noodles, we found that it's not the noodles we ordered, and she kinda tried to force us to take that one. We insisted on having the right one. I guess she was kinda mad about it, because she didn't offer me the pepper when I asked to have some from the bowl 🥣 she was holding. (The second red flag of the service). The most awkward moment came when we checked the bill. She said that she didn't know how to have the bill and tips paid separately and wanted us to pay the total amount once. We felt like being forced to do things we didn't feel comfortable with. We left, very...
