Genteel's Brick Oven Pizza & Ristorante — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

I have been going to Genteel's for the last 13 years. My family loves the pizza, which is extremely consistent and absolutely delicious. Every component of the pizza is exceptional from the crust to the sauce to the cheese, and the ratio of crust to sauce to cheese is also perfect.My family and I have also eaten dinner at Genteel's many times over the years, and the food is extremely good. It is so good, in fact, that my daughter used Genteel's to cater her two sons' Bar Mitzvah luncheons. At the last luncheon, my daughter selected pizza, penne vodka, Caesar salad, eggplant parmesan, and a few other items which were all excellent. I was extremely impressed with how fresh all the food was, and that the pasta dishes were not dry or overcooked, which often happens with Italian catering (from other places). Genteel's Brick Oven Pizza is located in a tiny storefront inside a busy strip mall. The parking lot has a decent amount of spaces, but can be nearly full during peak hours. Inside the restaurant, there are a few tables to sit and eat at, as well as a long wooden ledge you can sit at if you're getting slices. It's a small, but cozy restaurant.

The pizza was pretty average. The base and crust were a bit dry and slightly overcooked. Sauce and cheese were okay, but nothing to brag about. The sausage slice was also generic and featured an uneven distribution of the topping. Was her for my 3rd time when I walked in I asked to be seated , once I was seated where the waiter directed me and ready to order he asks me If I could please moved to a 2 persons table in the middle of the dinning witch I said no because I felt comfortable where I was, he insisted I needed to moved in case a group of 4 come in. I ask if the table was reserved he replied not at the moment, I think it was rude that I just step away.... Sorry Geentel's I'll guess you don't know how to appreciate your customers.
