McDonald's — Restaurant in Montgomery Township

I was at this store three times within two days because of a big mac. You might say "Omg its just a sandwich" You guys tell me if you would pay for theses in the picture. I was very upset the way that they treated me. I was at the drive through and I told them about the bigmac and they said they can't do anything about it at first. I didn't want to hold up the line so I parked my car aside to go into the store. I asked for the manager and showed him how it was. He was like " oh yea it looks like a trainee might have made it. " uh...so what? Am I supposer to say thats okay??? I paid for this and I get this? So he said he will let them make it again. Then I overheard them talking about " omg its not the end of the world without the cheese in the bigmac~" I was soo mad. Since they offered me anyway for a new one I took the offer but then again I went home to see and sigh... they freakin didnt put the patty in the bigmac now 🤢 WOW.. JUST WOW.. So I called and said "I just got home, my bigmac and its upside down. Are you guys playing games with me here??" They were lik "oh are you thr bigmac?" Uhh hello?? "Are you the big mac????" and put the phone on the side and said " she said are you guys playing games." Like they were mocking me. They made me think is it because of my race? Then the manager tol me that he was there watching him make it but obviously not! I was like then how do you not know that the patty is missing?? Then he put the phone aside again and just hung up on me. So I was fkin mad how they ignored me "the customer." So I went back there to show them. Yea its just the bigmac, but its a food service! You are suppose to make it right when its not right and not just ignore and mock your customer for not being happy! Its not like I am asking for something so hard to make! I always try to treat myself after a hardwork but they ruined it. The manager ended up making it hinself but I didn't even get "Im sorry" from them nor got the answer why they hung up my phone!...

Unfortunately they messed up our order today! We went to the drive through not to long ago like 5 mins ago. We ordered 2 mcchicken sandwich plain crispy chicken sandwich. They didn’t give us the right order instead the gave us 2 cheeseburger and 1 McDouble cheese burger. Honestly it seems like they have new workers. I paid 14.50 for that food gave the kid 20.50 . They gave me the wrong order! They need to pay attention more and the kid in the drive through seems like he doesn’t know what he is doing. Honestly they should use a calculator so they can get the right total. Anyways The girl at the other driver through ask us what was the order that we got and we told her multiple times and she continues to give us the wrong order. Honestly it seems like they don’t have much experience and they put way to much salt on the fries. Honestly they need to do better. That was the place I always go to for Mcdonalds & it’s a shame how they...

Horrible. Was in drive through. I was the only person at the ordering station. When I pulled around, there was one car waiting...and waiting...and waiting. 12 minutes into my wait, I called the restaurant to find out what the hold up is. A guy said that we are really busy...they weren't as the parking lot had many available spaces and I was in the drive through which was backing up with people wanting their food. At 14 minutes I honked the horn. Finally the person in front of me got their food and left. The manager came to the window and handed me my fast food. I said he should have had the person in front of the line move up to the waiting space so the rest of us could get our fast food. The manager asked me if I needed a job. I said no that I had one. He then said, "Well that is good, dont tell me how to do mine." The fries were good. The hamburger was like...
