I am seriously upset and pissed off. After attending the Auburn game today myself and my passenger stopped here to get something to eat on the way home. She ordered while I used the restroom, three orders separated her food from mine and several after me. I watch the manager walk out of the kitchen and hand items to a guest when entering the kitchen again he did not wash his hands and went right to grabbing burgers and fries. I watched his staff make orders after mine sending them out. I watched the cashier get told by him to get fries. He went from handling cash straight to the fry station with no gloves nor a hand wash. The staff preparing food couldn't even figure out no onions or tomatoes and I watched then take burgers apart take items off and wrap them right back up. After every single person behind me had been served and I had been watching this unfold for at least 10 minutes my food was finally handed to me. Now mind you my passenger is done eating. I have just been served fries that were touch with unclean hands and watched them pull tomatoes and onions off of my burger and rewrap it. Needless to say at this point I am not hungry and I'm certainly not eating food that has violated Alabama health department regulations. I tell the manager I do not want it because of how he stepped out of the kitchen to the outside of the building to run food and how he had an employee not washing hands going from cash to fries and back. The first thing out of someone's mouth in the back is put it in a bag I'll take it home with me. I was floored that this behavior and rude comments were even made. I told the manager I wanted my money back I didn't want the food. I made the comment "I'm glad your staff finds this funny, your supposed to set the example clearly there's no respect for anyone here." he apologized and refunded my cash to which I walked out before I lost my temper.
I am appalled at the behavior of this location and the blatant disregard for...
Read moreFunny thing is that I was just having a conversation with my wife about how great this particular Burger King was compared to the others in Montgomery. After yesterday we will not go back. I had very clearly asked for ranch with my wife's onion rings and was given onion sauce. When I asked if I could exchange the sauce for the correct one I was told no and that I'd have to pay 28 cents each for the ranch. I insisted that I hadn't ordered onion sauce and I didn't think I should have to pay to have it corrected. The employee then just slams the drive thru window closed and goes to get her manager. When the manager comes to the window I explained what was going on she told me I didn't order ranch because it wasn't on the receipt and that I would have to pay for it if I wanted it. I again insisted that I had already paid for what I'd ordered and that I would gladly return the onion sauce in exchange for ranch. She raises her voice and says "just give me the sauce back then". I handed the sauce back and she slams two sauce cups into my hand very aggressively and tells me to have a nice day in an extremely rude manner. Then as I'm driving away the manager leans out the window and says "HOLD UP, WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY"! Talking to my wife in the back seat. I stopped and my wife asked what she was talking about? The manager says "I saw your mouth move so you said something"! My wife had only been talking to me and had said nothing to her or about her. I just drove away, both of us stunned at how incredibly rude and aggressive that interaction was with a store manager. It was completely unprofessional and unsettling. We will not return to this location and I would not recommend it to...
