Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Montgomery

May18,2019 Late Night 10:30 pm 🙂Crystal🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 Mgr for night was extremly nice and made me feel like being a customer for once was important to a place of business. They had NO white meat chicken cooked when I ordered in drive thru @ 10:15 -10:30pm with closing time @ 11 pm. 🌟🙂Crystal voiced they could have me some cooked in about 20 mins if I wanted to wait. So I made my order of 2 breast, mac Cheese, fried orka and app:......le pie with coke as drink. Paid over $9 for this meal. 🌟🙂Crystal was friendly when I pulled upto pay window inside is closed late at night and you must order in drive thru_ - - probably for safety + lessen cleanup time and # of employees needed past peek hours. I really appreciate the tone of Crystal voice as it sounded sincere when she said she would be glad to cook some chicken for my order instead of saying it with a attitude or rudely- like I've heard and been treated at other businesses as if they were doing me or others a favor by doing their jobs. My order was wrong. I asked for a number 2. 2 wings and a leg with bombers and large okra and a lg sweet tea. I got a regular okra and was charged for regular okra. That was fine. Pulled up to work to eat my chicken and only had two pieces. I check my receipt and was charged for 3 pieces. I called to just to let them know and get a credit for my missing piece of chicken, when the manager got smart and said I had to have my receipt and chicken to get my order replaced. I explained I was at work and he said it again. I went on back to the store. I went in with my whole order and receipt.

When I asked for a refund the manager with the smart mouth said that’s your refund because I wasn’t here, I didn’t bother to argue but both managers were present when I placed my order. The polite manager asked why I needed a refund and I stated when I called whoever answered the phone was rude and demanded I bring my order back for a replacement. Since I was late for work, I rather spend my money we’re it’s appreciated. I asked for corporate number and was told they didn’t have it.

I was at this location 7/25/25 their marquee says 10 piece leg and thighs $11 i ordered drive thru the person working the speaker says we only have 8 or 12 piece we do not have 10 piece, i drove off turned around and snapped a pic of the marquee and called on the 2nd attempt someone answered i told her what happened she replied we have the 10 piece special daily,i said im about to com back thru the drive thru, told them my order 10 piece leg and thighs they said we dont have 10 piece leg and thighs i said you have it advertised on your sign, i love churches chicken but i dont recommend the one on adams ave to anyone this location has always been problems the staff is very rude it needs to be...
