Most disappointing visit to Dunkin. We have been traveling and heard about the dunkin bucket of donut holes. We wanted to get it for our kids, so we traveled out of our way to visit a Dunkin. 1st impression(drive through) Employee wasn’t responsive to our order. Didn’t confirm anything and didn’t answer any questions we had. No please, thank you for welcome. We asked for donut holes. She said “we don’t have donuts”. Okay. Why does a donut shop not have donuts??? Next we pulled up to the window. Waited about 5 minutes without anyone coming so we pulled to the 2nd window. As soon as we got to the second window the car behind us was helped at the 1st window. Then the next person, and a next person, and a next person and we were still at the second window while everyone behind us was getting their order filled at the 1st window. When the employee finally came to the first window she took my husbands cash and said he was short almost $10. Then she never brought back his change.
The trash can chute after the window was bagged off so it wasn’t able to be used.
The avocado toast was crusty and dry like the avocado had been spread the night before. The picture on the menu shows 2 pieces and it was only 1 piece The bacon snack strips were crumbled, nowhere near beings strips and were about 1/8 of a cup worth for over $4. My husband’s sourdough sandwich was as advertised. The $5 meal with the little tacos were street tacos size and the bacon one had no bacon on it. Just egg and cheese.
Management and the owner need to step up in this establishment. Fire the employee on this shift and find new staff. Maybe recruit the homeless people on the street. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and none of this is acceptable. The parking lot was empty so it’s not even possible the employees were busy with dine in customers. We didn’t enter the building so I don’t know if...
Read moreStopped here traveling through the area. Spent nearly $30. There were 2 cars ahead of us, when they handed me the first two coffees we sipped our hot coffees while waiting for the rest of our order, but they were literally cold. I mentioned it to the worker who said it's because there were so many people ahead of us and our drinks were sitting on the counter so long. She handed me my son's hot chocolate next, usually you have to wait for DD hot chocolates to cool down before you drink them, this was the first one we have ever recieved cold. I couldn't believe it. The doughnut holes were slimy and stale. The only thing that was acceptable were the two iced coffees that were ordered. Extremely disappointing. Didn't have time to get new coffees made we had to press on to our hotel. DD if you are going to have such poor service, lower your prices. For high prices, good customer service and good food is expected. Also, 2 ice coffees, 1 hot chocolate, 2 hot coffees, and a 25 count of donuts should not take 18 minutes to make. That's how long we waiting from the time we...
Read moreI bought breakfast for my toddler here at Ann st Dunkin’ doughnuts and I called to get a refund and because the eggs were gray and smelled horrible the manager proceeded to tell me that she did not know if the eggs were fresh or frozen and then proceeded to tell me they came frozen and she set them out at 4 AM to defrost in a heat wave after I asked is it possible the eggs went bad in the heat she proceeded to tell me that the eggs were not cooked on a clean tray Mind you this is the manager telling me this if you look up the health code violations for Ann St., Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s a horrible sight to see leaving food to defrost on the floor no wonder why they’re selling spoiled food and the manager was upset after I told her they did not give me a receipt after the fact that she told me she made my order and she remembers me placing the order and continue to yell about the receipt and hung up on me… I did record the whole conversation where she was very confused about the eggs and the fact that she didn’t Cook our food on...
