Gigi’s Cupcakes is located just off Vaughn road near Applebee’s. Their cupcakes are hands down the best I’ve ever had. We stop in routinely for a little something sweet. We always try something new…I’ve never had a bad one. You have to try the apple cheesecake. The service is great and we are always greater with a smile. Stop in and try them out. You will love it.

The glow up that cupcakes have received in the last ten years is crazy. But I'm here for it. Gigi's Cupcakes makes some great original flavors. After lunch I was craving something sweet and decided it was a good time to splurge on a cupcake. One came to 4.95 and it was worth every penny. I got the oatmeal creme pie cupcake and man was it good.

I thought my PB chocolate cupcake was good. The frosting on top wasn’t overwhelmingly tasting of peanut butter, but it was just enough for me to enjoy. The cake just the tiniest bit of dry, but nothing I couldn’t get past. It was more moist on the inside than it was on the outside. I would try again for sure! Customer service was ok too!

Do NOT eat there!!! They are rude, condescending and racist. I went to exchange a cupcake that was all wrong. I was just INTERROGATED about this cupcake. Still in the green Gigi box. The GM Jennifer and the manager Minnie gave me the third degree over a CUPCAKE that's all of what 5 bucks? They did not exchange or offer any kind of compensation oh...Loyalty points???? They collaborated and conspired before I even tried to get to the GM. About a CUPCAKE!!!! I was told they don't know if I got the cupcake from them...ummmm it's in YOUR BOX!!! Plus JENNIFER said the name of the cupcake (this was AFTER THEY TOOK A PIC AND TEXTED IT TO EVERYONE AND GOD) Lost a loyal customer!!! I refused to be treated like a thief over an abysmal cupcake!!! Save your money folks and your piece of mind and buy local. ...

2 stars for customer service & presentation. The clerk was friendly & the cupcakes are indeed pretty. But 3 stars off for taste, quality, and price. First off the cake itself is either dry & flavorless, or dense & heavy like an undermixed muffin. The tower of frosting tries to hide that fact, & would've succeeded if it wasn't just a sickening pile of one-dimensional sugar. I've tried chocolate, yellow cake, red velvet & apple pie...ALL suffered from the same looks-better-than-it-tastes syndrome. Even if the frosting was redeemable, it takes up 75% of the cupcake, so you're being overcharged for whipped sugar! Finally, they charge you for a regular cupcake what other local (better) bakeries charge for a jumbo. If this is what a cupcake franchise is like no wonder the fad is...

I ordered the Best Sellers box for $37.50 and a couple of others totaling right at $50 online. I got there and was given the mini best sellers box. (they are really small). I had to get those from the open counter just to make a dozen, so I didn't get to try the flavors I wanted. However, the cupcakes from the open counter were pretty good. I just wish I was given what I ordered so my party would have been better satisfied. There was no red velvet, birthday or German chocolate. I’ll try a different place next time. They advertise all those wonderful cupcake flavors but it seems like just...
