Paco's Tacos Mexican grill — Restaurant in Montgomery

I guess it’s just hit or miss. The first time we came it was great. Tonight was a miss. My son ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, they were ice cold. We notified the waitress and she brought out the same order of mozzarella sticks, even the one that he had initially taken a bite out of warmed up from a microwave. Keep in mind, the mozzarella sticks come on a bed of lettuce so the lettuce was hot as well. I ordered a margarita flight that never came. My sons main entree was a chicken quesadilla, she brought out a cheese quesadilla. My daughter ordered a burrito supreme and it was lukewarm. I ended up just paying and leaving. I never got my drink or the chance to order anything for myself. I have a family of 5 so it’s rare that we get a chance to go out to eat being that it’s so expensive. I try to treat them and give myself a break from cooking once a month but this month was a fail. I probably won’t take that...

Best queso birria in town and surrounding areas! I’ve been on a hunt for it since moving to the south and I finally found it! Nice atmosphere, I’ve been twice last week and the week before and going again today! Last Friday when I went, they had a live band playing, perfect for date night or family night. Very clean inside and The margaritas are so good! They are not stingy with the liquor, the put the right amount in them. Very Friendly service. Complimentary chips and salsa which is seasoned to perfection and FRESH, large portions, couldn’t even finish my food. Also, they have outdoor dining that I’m excited for when it warms up. So we just happened to stop in for lunch…so happy we did. The service was great, the restaurant was exceptionally clean…and the food…WOW! So Mexican food has kind of gotten like Chinese was several years ago- the restaurants are everywhere and that has the side effect of making it difficult for anyplace to standout. packs does just that! The guacamole dip has to be one of if not the best I’ve ever had. It’s a near religious experience! The entrees, from street tacos to chicken to tortas was all on point.
