My coworker and I dined in last week for lunch. We couldn't wash our hands because there was no soap or paper towels at the washing station, and both bathrooms were locked. (When we asked, we were told there was no toilet paper. There were also no napkins in the restaurant.) We were the ONLY two people inside the restaurant while the drive thru seemed busy. Most of the attention was given to them as we had to wait several minutes before anyone took our order. After being seated for our meal, two transient men entered the restaurant and began asking my coworker and me for money. When we refused, he stood around by our table and talked, but we kept our eyes focused on our food. The second man moved in to ask us for money as soon as the first one walked away. When we refused, he walked to the trash can inside the corner of the restaurant and proceeded to go through the garbage can, fishing out receipts and various containers. All the while, not one employee noticed or made any effort to ask the men to leave. While I am usually comfortable eating out in this part of the city, this day --- and this restaurant --- were particularly off. I probably won't be back. Read moreThey don’t know store policies and don’t serve customers. Stopped inside to place an order and they said you have to use the kiosk for ordering. I went over there and it said to use my reward I would have to speak to a team member. So I went back to the counter and said I had a reward to redeem, it instructs to speak to team member. Carla told me you have to purchase additional items to redeem. I told her that’s not the problem but the kiosk says it doesn’t handle any rewards, talk to team member. She says I have to order more items and can’t help me. Stupid. I place my order via mobile app and pickup. They don’t know their own policies.
Another gentleman came in with a clip board and said he didn’t know how to use the kiosk machine after trying for sometime and they told him too bad, they can’t help him. He left without ordering. There’s supposed to be Wi-Fi but there is none. People deserve better than this, at least basic policies should be known and met. Bad example...
Read moreI pulled up in the drive thru at 8:13am and nobody greeted me or took my order until 8:21am. When they did come on they told me they had just opened, but the website says that the drive thru opens at 6:30am. I made my order and when I got to the window to receive my order I asked for 2 honey mustard to which the employee responded “we can only give you one because you didn’t order any chicken nuggets.” When I told her that I had two orders and needed more than just one honey mustard she told me it was going to be .40 cents. When I said that it’s the least she could do since I had to wait so long her response was “that’s not my problem.” I am a general manager myself and understand the importance of customer service. I also do not leave reviews unless I have consistent problems because I also understand how harshly people can be when it comes to fast food restaurants.
