The food is fine but they need to take better care of making sure it is put together properly, I've work in fast food before and I can tell you I would never send food out they way the night staff at Arybs does. We have always had problems but none to stop us from coming this may be a game changer to my boyfriend and I going to the monticello arbys. I ordered a french dip and asked at the drive thu twice, I repeat TWICE if it came with auju and they said yes (we asked because we have gotten all the way home before realizing they didnt give auju with a french dip) we got out food and there was no auju, we even asked at the window if there was auju and the bag and the dude said yes. And guess what we looked and there wasnt we waited they didnt come back to the window so I went inside and they refused to give me auju becaus they thought I wanted an extra, I had to go grab the bag to show them then finally got it. We got home and my boyfriends roast beef had half the beef between the top bun and wrapper which was the second mistake. Then my french dip was stuck to the box becaus they didnt put the cheese on my french dip they put it UNDERNEATH my french dip. I had to scrape cheese off the box in order judt to have cheese on my french dip. Talk about a huge disappointment. Take some pride in your food and your business and you will see a huge improvement. Read moreWe Went through the drive thru and specifically asked for the 2 for $6 on the crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo. We Asked about the size of the lemonade they told me regular was a 16oz lemonade and large was a 21oz. When we got to the window it looked like a 12oz lemonade (Size of can of pop). We then stated that we didn’t want the Lemonade and they said they ran the card and can’t take it back. At the window we questioned the size and they told us that must have been the last years sizing of the drinks, however they told me this information twenty seconds before I questioned the sizing. They told us to pull forward so we couldn’t see what they were doing and once we got the food there was mayo on both sandwiches, one had mayo on both sides of the bun. There were stickers on the wrappers that said no mayo. This was intentional especially with having mayo on both sides of the chicken which normally is not the case for a regular sandwich with Mayo. Read moreI only put 1 stars because the other night I had gone through the drive-thru of Arby's and said that I wanted 2 Buffalo chicken sliders and that was it. I pull up to the drive-thru wondow and she had only charged me for one so I had to correct her to charge for two ( she clearly did not like this considering she threw the sliders bag into my car) and then after leaving Arby's I had realized she gave me normal chicken sliders with Swiss cheese or something not at all what I ordered! I called and had to go back and the same lady who screwed up on my order the first two times. When I had proceeded to the window to get my corrected food, SHE THREW MY OTHER BAG OF SLIDERS IN MY CAR AND CLOSED THE WINDEOW!
