Bought my wife's promise ring there in October of 2014. Then her engagement ring in July of 2015. We both then purchased oir wedding rings there. This week I bought my wife a 50th birthday diamond for a setting of her choice and some off the shelf earrings and pendant. When I was looking at pendants and earrings with one of the sales people another sales person came over and said, "I remember his wife when they were I here buying their wedding rings, this is the style she would like." This person wasn't even one of the sales people that helped us before but she was paying attention to what we bought and stepped in to help steer us in the right direction. There is a reason I kept going back after my first trip there to get the promise ring. Small town service with an excellent selection and very competitive prices. Over the top excellent service. I'm not big into jewelry and am not a big spender in this area. They treat me like my purchase is very special and precious anyway. The service is over the top friendly and absolutely not pushy. They listen and will help you find what YOU want. It doesn't matter which sales person you get, they are all incredible!! I live 45 min away near Maple Grove with lots of jewelry store choices close to home. Loch's is...

I don't even know where to begin... I am so upset and disappointed we've came in shortly after being engaged to customize a new engagement ring and wedding band. If I could go back in time I definitely would have went somewhere els.... I mean I'm literally in tears.... Issue after issue after issue. wrong size band wrong size gem, can't figure out how to properly customize a ring but measuring and getting what I want. finally a more experienced jeweler in the sprite measured the diamond going down the sides and for how far and we ordered what I can pay they finally got it right but it won t even arrive on time for our wedding... the diamond on the engagement ring fell out after only wearing it for 2 months. I mean planning a wedding is stressful. Rarely is picking out the ring the stressful part and this has been hell. I am not one to complain But I'm just really really really disappointed from start to finish. I would do anything to go back in time and go elsewhere. not to mention I'd we did it would probably be half the price. i mean we've paid thousands only to have to go buy a wedding band else where anyways to use for the ceremony?!?! Brittany and Jessica at Loch Jewelers were so amazing. My partner did not know what kind of ring she wanted and Brittany and Jessica spent MONTHS helping her find a ring style that she liked. Then they helped me organize a surprise engagement. They helped me convince my fiancé that the ring wouldn’t be ready for a couple months, and then actually got the ring ready in 10 days before we left for glacier National park. Because of their fast and timely work and dedication I was able to surprise my fiancé with a proposal on Lake Mc Donald in glacier National park. They made the impossible happen for us.

The team at Loch jewelers is unmatched. We looked at 5 different jewelers and Loch’s had the best price, most personable team, and best customer service. They have a number you can text with questions during buisness hours which is super helpful. The one thing that made Loch Jewelers stand out when compared to other jewelers is that after our first time walking into Loch they always welcomed us by name. Regardless of who was working they ALWAYS remembered our names and story. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up. Will definitely be going to Loch for all of our future...
