McDonald's — Restaurant in Monticello

WORSE. MCDONALD'S. EVER! You even ASK for fresh "just dropped" food and they'll LIE to you telling you that it was....and NOPE!! Again you get room temperature food!

The fish is room temp and the cheese is DISCOLORED due to sitting under the heat lamp, fries are cold and the nuggets same as the fish! but I ordered 10pc nuggets, paid for 10pc nuggets and only got 5pc!

The good old days when food yourself to be delivered hot and juices actually came out of the food.

Ive been served a cheeseburger where it was left out from the day prior, the cheese was drying out and the manager was shown this, as well as the COLD chicken nuggets, she acted as if she was disgusted.

Im sorry, I dont believe you.

Since 2016 Ive received HOT fresh food ONCE!

Im quite sure you dont ear your food like this!!

So I went twice last year, this is my 1st time and LAST TIME this year, I'll continue going to the one in Lafayette, at least they CARE about their CUSTOMERS!

The only thing good about this order #3 BB sauce, at least they can do that right...SHOCKING!

So Im going to waste more money and time to go out in the extreme weather to bring back your disgusting food that you lied about and served me, because you hire horrid employees.

You're a total disgrace, nasty, everyone of you that...

This store is doing bad it has been getting worse and worse the people they are hiring do not care they laugh joke and play around behind the counter I have spoken to the manager about this because it has been done in front of him as soon as I left the store I sat in my car and called the store and said I was just under the you remember me he said yes I do do you remember the way your workers were acting he said yes I do and I apologize for their behavior but what good is the apologize to me when he didn't take action to correct them in the first place in front of the customers I was not the only one that wasn't comfortable with the way the workers were acting they were on their break up there getting food and laughing and joking and being loud and just talkin inappropriately with no concern for the customer standing there I have seen other things as well but I'll leave the visit up to you and see what you think I rate this store a zero because it has been getting...

At best 2 stars, I ordered the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad with regular ranch in place of the Southwest Ranch because for my taste the salad itself is spicy enough, when we got to the pickup window we were told they were out of the regular ranch, I'm like umm what do you suggest, the manager dug through the mini frig. and threw 2 packs of dressing in the bag with the salad, a Southwest Ranch and a Italian then gave me a French, I don't suggest trying either, but someone else may prefer one of them. My husband's sandwich was only 1/2 wrapped, not terrible but not great either, the chicken nuggets boxes were bent and wouldn't stay closed, they were only slightly busy, maybe 6 or 7 cars in the drive through, and about the same amount of parked cars. It was only 4:30, wouldn't want to see what you get at a really busy time. Possibly let your employee who takes orders know what your out of. And the skull cap looking hat/headband with skulls could probably make...
