The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars and not one is because I got 4x more than I paid for because I walked in closing time. Only one cup of pretzel bites were soft the rest were hard. The soft one was just okay. Had to throw the hard one out. They gave me 2 more plain pretzels for free but they were probably free because they were rock hard. The only reason why I’m not scolding them is because I was able to eat a cup at 8pm when logically they would also be stale at a service area this late at night. Me and my boyfriend visited on 9/30 around 1:45PM and it was an AWFUL experience. My boyfriend asked for a cinnamon pretzel and the refused to make it because they were “going on break.” They offered the nuggets instead because “it’s the same thing” while saying slurs and derogatory remarks under their breath (i.e, “stupid”). Bought cinnamon bites here and is the worst one i ever had. 5 or 6 bites on the top were good but the bottom ones were so dry and hard to chew i had to throw it away. I would never stop at this rest area and if i stop by chance i would never buy anything from here. I think they assume there are no repeated customers and don't care about...
