Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Moore

I have been to this location 3 times so far and each time there have been problems. The first time I went a couple of weeks ago, I asked for an item and the girl said they were out but then talked to someone and all of sudden they had it again.

I went twice today. The first time today, I ordered 2 of the fresh-packed and a milkshake, all chocolate chip. The girl told me she would have the total at the window. I pull around and she (I don't know her name but she's a young mixed girl with brown hair in a bun) tells me the total and it's off by a lot. So I asked her to read off to me what she got. For whatever reason, she got a quart size container and the milkshake in mint chocolate chip.

When I went back the second time today, things weren't any better. I ordered 2 single scoop waffle cones. One chocolate chip cookie dough and the other mint chocolate chip. I pull around to the window and the lady (older lady, maybe in 40s, short blonde bob) gets the cookie dough right but gives me some other flavor clearly not mint. I honestly don't know how either of them messed up that badly. I was ordering for a customer both times and reading directly from my phone. I then asked if they had any togo containers. The mixed girl gives me these tiny bowls but something is better than nothing. I spoke with a 3rd girl (young w/ brown hair, large brown eyes, cat eyeliner) about the mint chocolate chip mess-up. She comes back with the ice cream in a container. I asked her if she could put it in a waffle cone and she says "We don't have them anymore". I just said okay and left. This location is so poorly run and I would advise STAY OUT OF...

My son decided he wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday so I did a search for places in and around our area to pick up one and found BR.

They had a great selection of different types of cakes (birthday, holiday, seasonal, etc.). I was given an opportunity through their website to further customize my son's cake with his name, the flavor, color of icing, the size of course, whether or not I wanted to add candles to the order. Just a great amount of options to make my son's cake exactly what he wanted.

I called to ensure it was ready before picking it up, which it was, and that was even incredibly simple. I just walked inside to the counter, gave my name and explained I was there to pick up a cake. I had the receipt on my phone to show them just in case they asked.

The individual went to the back of the store to the area with the freezer door. Inside the huge freezer room, they located our cake, brought it to the front, asked if I needed anything further then thanked me and wished me a great day.

That was it. It was quick, simple, very tailored to what I had wanted and super super easy. Will likely be purchasing more ice cream cakes from them for other...

Really mad about situation this place birthday cake here!!! I would rather give them negative at one star if it have an option!!!
